★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειχαν συραψει με 5 συραπτικα ενα χαρτακι πανω στο παπλωμα!!!! Επισης ειχε ενα λεκε και δεν έφυγε καν. Περίπου 3 βδομάδες αναμονή γι αυτο (για το οποίο ειχαν εμημερωσει εξ αρχης βεβαια). Δεν θα το προτιμησω ξανά.
They had stacked with 5 scraps of paper on the duvet !!!! It also had a stain and didn't even go away for about 3 weeks (for which they had initially been ignored). Would not prefer it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλό είναι σαν καθαριστήριο, αλλά όταν έχουν φόρτο εργασίας ζητάς τα πράγματα σου και δεν τα βρίσκουν. Τα παίρνεις με χρονο- καθυστέρηση.
It's good as a laundry service, but when they have a workload you ask for your things and they don't find them. You get it late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εαν υπήρχε - θα το έβαζα μακράν οι χειρότεροι στο χώρο τους.πηγα 3 παπλώματα και έτσι όπως τα πήγα έτσι τα παρέλαβα άπλυτα και βρόμικα στην κυριολεξία δεν είχαν μπει καν για πλύση και όλα αυτά μετά από 15ημέρες αναμονής και 50€ΑΊΣΧΟΣ
If there was - I would put the worst in their place by far. I got 3 duvets and as I went I got them unwashed and dirty literally they weren't even in the wash and all after 15 days of waiting and 50 € LOVE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έδωσα 9.30€ πριν παραλάβω το ρούχο μου, το οποίο είχε έναν λεκέ μάλλον από αίμα. Έκπληκτη όταν πήγα να το παραλάβω η υπάλληλος μου είπε ότι δεν καθάρισε και με ειρωνεύτηκε, λέγοντας μου πού να ξέρει γιατί δεν έφυγε ο λεκές. Τελικά το λεκε τον καθάρισα μόνη μου, βάζοντας λίγη χλωρίνη. Κατά τα άλλα ήταν δύσκολος λεκές. Όλα αυτά συνέβησαν στο κατάστημα των Χανίων. Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση & παροχή υπηρεσιών. Σημειωτέον έχω πάει ξανά ρούχο και δεν έχει καθαρίσει.
I paid 9.30 € before receiving my clothes, which had a stain probably of blood. Surprised when I went to pick it up, the clerk told me that she did not clean it and made fun of me, telling me how to know why the stain did not go away. Eventually he cleaned it myself, putting a little bleach. Otherwise it was a difficult stain. All this happened in the store of Chania. Unacceptable service & provision of services. Note I have bought clothes again and it has not been cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα θα έδινα 0 αστέρια. Έχασαν τη ζώνη από το παλτό μου και δεν έδειξαν το απαραίτητο ενδιαφέρον (προφανώς την έδωσαν σε άλλο/-η πελάτη/-ισσα)
If I could I would give 0 stars. They lost the belt from my coat and did not show the necessary interest (obviously they gave it to another client)
