P	Penia Faneromenou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ίσως η χειρότερη επιλογή μου ως τώρα στα Χανιά. Πέρα από το ότι άργησαν παρά πολύ να τα φέρουν. η ποιότητα ήταν μέτρια και τα φαγητά κρύα. Συν αυτού δε σήκωσαν το τηλέφωνο όταν τον ξαναπήρα. Probably my worst choice so far in Chania. Apart from the fact that they were too late to bring them. the quality was mediocre and the food cold. Plus they did not pick up the phone when I picked it up again.

Η σως ήρθε σε ποτηράκι του καφέ σε αλουμινένια συσκευασία το "κλαμπ" και όλη αυτή η πανωλεθρία κόστιζε 5,5€! Και άργησε και δεν φάγαμε! Επίσης μας πήραν τηλέφωνο ότι κάναμε λάθος παραγγελία, ενώ ήταν σωστή! Φιλάκια! ❤️ We ordered a club came toast! Uncooked bread, small amount, 5 measured potatoes. N	Nasos Kanamos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μην κάνετε το λάθος να παραγγείλετε από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα ! Απαράδεχτο φαγητό ο Θεός να το κάνει φαγητό δηλαδή ! Έστειλα την παραγγελία στις 3 το μεσημέρι έβαλαν ώρα παράδοσης 4 και όταν κάλεσα στις 4:30 αποφάσισε να μου πει ότι δεν έχει αργήσει και πολύ κι ότι φταίει που μένω μακριά ! Και δεν έφτανε αυτό όταν στην πορεία κάλεσα στις 5 παρά να ακυρώσω την παραγγελία δεν σήκωναν καν το τηλέφωνο ! Do not make the mistake of ordering from this store! It is unacceptable for God to make it food, that is! I sent the order at 3 in the afternoon, they set a delivery time of 4 and when I called at 4:30 he decided to tell me that it is not too late and that it's my fault that I live far away! And that was not enough when in the process I called at 5 instead of canceling the order they did not even pick up the phone!

We were just going for a quick bite before the Minoan 9d cinema, so for once I didn't check the Google reviews. That was regrettable. The guy behind the counter had his first day at work, which explains the wait, but the guy is hardly responsible for the quality of the food. The burger buns was cold, the crepe was sweet and not salty as it was supposed to and overall just a very bland experience. They get one star for the food, the second star only because they cook the french fries properly compared to apparently everywhere else in Crete. And the third star because the owner were nice and friendly.
