κατασκευασμένο στις αρχές της δεκαετίας του 70 από τη στρατιωτική τότε ΜΟΜΑ.
ξεκίνησε να λειτουργεί το 1973.
παρότι κατασκευάσθηκε (προκάτ) με διάρκεια λειτουργίας 30 χρόνων εξακολουθεί με κάποιες παρεμβάσεις, να λειτουργεί κανονικά 45 χρόνια τώρα.
έχει εκτός των αιθουσών διδασκαλίας δυο αυλές μια μεγάλη και μια μικρότερη με παιδική χαρά για μικρά παιδάκια.
Επίσης έχει μια πολύ μεγάλη αίθουσα εκδηλώσεων, στην οποία λειτουργεί και ο ποντιακός σύλλογος Συκεών.
