★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In total it took 6 months of trying to get an appointment for viewing, which, in the end didn’t happen. Emails don’t work. We only got as far as getting a verbal promise of appointment or a confirmation call from the assistants who seemed to be unable to get hold of the agent. Waste of time.
