★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα για καθάρισμα ρουχα σατέν και κατέληξα να μπλούζα φθαρμένη. Εάν δεν μπορείτε να καθαρίσετε τα ρούχα , από το να τα καταστρέφετε , απλά μην παίρνετε την δουλειά !!!!!!!!!!!!! Απαράδεκτοθ
I went to clean satin clothes and ended up wearing a worn blouse. If you can not clean the clothes, than to destroy them, just do not get the job !!!!!!!!!!!!! Unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έδωσα πάνω από 60 ευρώ για να μου καταστρέψουν το νυφικό μου το οποίο φυσικά δεν ήταν και στην ώρα του ετοιμο γιατί του έκαναν "ειδική επεξεργασία" απαράδεκτοι!
I gave over 60 euros to destroy my wedding dress which of course was not ready on time because they made it "special treatment" unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καμια σχεση με το καταστημα στη βενιζελου....καταστρεφουν αυτα που τους πηγαινεις και ακομα μας χρωστανε ενα χαλι εδω και 2 μηνες...και ζητανε και πολλα λεφτα....και απο συμπεριφορα μηδεν...
No relation to the store in Venizelou .... they destroy what you give them and they still owed us a rug for 2 months ... and they asked for a lot of money .... and from zero behavior ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω στείλει στο καθαριστηριο αυτό παιδικό στρωμα για βιολογικό καθαρισμό.. το παρέλαβα στην ώρα του και πεντακάθαρο..
Αφοτου γέννησα κ μετά μ ζήτησαν να επιστρέψω το καρότσι π μ είχαν δανείσει γι αυτό κ έστειλα στο ίδιο καθαριστηριο το κάλυμμα καροτσιου... από τον Ιούλιο μέχρι οκτ π παρέλαβα έπειτα από τηλεφώνημα, παρέλαβα μόνο το κάθισμα τ παιδιού σήμερα και μετά από δική μου πρωτοβουλία παρέλαβα την κουκούλα π δν έχει καν καθαριστεί..( ενώ γι αυτό είχε παραμενεινει όπως ειπατε) καθολη την διάρκεια καθαρίσματος δν υπήρξε καθάρισμα αλλά ούτε ενημέρωση.. συγνώμη αλλά δν κοιμάμαι κ ξυπνάω με την έγνοια αυτή.. έτυχε να πάω μέρα μετά από ενημέρωση κ η κοπέλα με ξαναστειλε σπίτι μου γιατί δν ήξερε πως να με χρεώσει... το χειρότερο καθαριστηριο κ όχι από άποψη καθαριότητας αλλά από άποψη εξυπηρέτησης..
Ανέβηκα όλο τον δρόμο με τα πόδια από τα τρένα κ με ξανά στείλατε πίσω γτ η υπάλληλος δν ήξερε τιμή!
Σαν άνθρωπος δν κρίνω ποτέ αρνητικά! Μα είστε οι χειρότεροι επαγγελματίες!
I have sent a baby mattress to this laundry for biological cleaning .. I received it on time and very clean ..
After I gave birth and then they asked me to return the stroller because they had borrowed for it and I sent the stroller cover to the same laundry ... from July to eight o'clock I received it after a phone call, I only received the child seat today and after my own initiative I received the hood has not even been cleaned .. (while for this it had remained as you said) throughout the cleaning there was no cleaning but no information .. sorry but I do not sleep and wake up with this concern .. I happened to go a day after information and the girl sent me home again because she did not know how to charge me ... the worst laundry and not in terms of cleanliness but in terms of service ..
I walked all the way from the trains and you sent me back again because the clerk did not know the price!
As a human being I never judge negatively! But you are the worst professionals!
