★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος σε όλους τους τομείς (εξυπηρετηση/τεχνογνωσια/ευγένεια/χρονοι). Είχα στη γειτονιά μου εναλλακτική εξουσιοδοτημένο αλλά όταν κάτι αξίζει δεν το αλλάζεις.
 I was completely satisfied in all areas (service / know-how / courtesy / times). I had an authorized alternative in my neighborhood but when something is worthwhile you do not change it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εμπειρία. Άφησα για επισκευή ένα J3 που απλά δεν δούλευε το κεντρικό πλήκτρο. (Έγινε έλεγχος από τον υπάλληλο κατά την παραλαβή).Το τηλέφωνο ήταν σε εγγύηση. Την επόμενη μέρα με ενημέρωσαν ότι δεν το καλύπτει η εγγύηση επειδή βρέθηκαν μέσα νερά. Δυστυχώς όμως το τηλέφωνο δεν άνοιξε ποτέ ξανά λόγω βλάβης της πλακέτας την οποία έπρεπε να πληρώσω εγώ.(Κόστος μεγαλύτερο από το τηλέφωνο). Θεωρώ ότι είχαν την υποχρέωση να παραδώσουν το τηλέφωνο στην κατάσταση που το παρέλαβαν.
Very bad experience. I left for a J3 repair that simply did not work the central button. (Checked by the employee upon receipt). The phone was under warranty. The next day they informed me that the guarantee was not covered because they were found in waters. Unfortunately, the phone never opened again due to a failure of the board that I had to pay. (Costs bigger than the phone). I think they had the obligation to hand over the phone to the situation they received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έστειλα το galaxy s10 για αλλαγη οθονης κ μπαταριας. Πολύ καλη δουλεια κ εξυπηρέτηση. Σωστή συνεννόηση στο τηλεφωνο κ το κινητο ηρθε αψογο σαν καινούριο! Συστήνω :)
I sent the galaxy s10 to change the screen and battery. Very good work and service. Proper communication on the phone and the mobile phone came as perfect as new! I recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει επαγγελματισμός.Σε τηλεφωνική μου επικοινωνία για μια εγγύηση deck φόρτισης smartwatch μου είπαν ότι η εγγύηση είναι 1 χρόνο. Τους ενημέρωσα ότι πριν λίγο είχα μιλήσει με Samsung Hellas και μου είπαν ότι καλύπτετε και το deck από 2 χρόνια εγγύησ και η απάντηση τους ήταν "και εμεις ποιοι ήμαστε ?" Σε συνεχεια όταν ρώτησα για τιμη νέου μου είπαν ότι θα πρέπει να πάω από εκεί με το ρολόι για να με ενημερώσουν λες και δε ν ήξεραν γιατί μιλάγαμε. Απλά απαραδεχτοι
Unfortunately there is no professionalism. In my phone call for a smartwatch deck charging warranty I was told that the warranty is 1 year. I informed them that I had just talked to Samsung Hellas and they told me that you also cover the deck with a 2 year warranty and their answer was "and who were we?" Then when I asked for a new price they told me that I should go from there by watch to let me know as if they did not know why we were talking. Just unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, issue in S7 camera, I left the phone at 12:00 Friday 28/12, they promised to give feedback next Monday, BUT they called at 18:00 same day (!) to say that phone is repaired and they have replaced the camera , cost covered by guarantee which will continue to be valid because they are official Samsung service !!!! Thank you very much guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They claimed they changed the camera of my phone but at home I realised they didn't and they made me sign for it. The problem was still present and it has been solved by Samsung Italy. I also wrote to Samsung Greece to let them know but they didn't care
