★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κακή συννενόηση μεταξύ τους για τις χρεώσεις. Με αποτέλεσμα να χρεωθουμε αρκετα παραπάνω, η απάντηση τους ήταν πως εμείς δε κατανοήσαμε σωστά ενώ ήδη είχαμε μιλήσει τρεις φορές για το ίδιο ζήτημα. Μας είπαν πως οι χρεώσεις που μας έβαλαν εννοουνταν δε μας τις είχαν αναφέρει. Επίσης η στάση τους ήταν ειρωνική όταν μας μίλαγαν για την παρεξήγηση που έγινε.

We were told that the charges they made us were meant to not have told us. Also their attitude was ironic when they talked about the misunderstanding that happened.
