Πήγαμε από το "Περάστε σε 30' να πάρετε τον πάγκο κομμένο" σε "Δεν υπάρχει ο πάγκος, θα τον παραγγείλουμε, θα τον έχετε σε 1-2 βδομάδες.". Τελικά τον πάγκο τον πήραμε 1μήνα+ αργότερα. Μετά από πολύ μεγάλο πρόβλημα συνεννόησης και πολλές φορές που τους είπαμε τα μέτρα (τελικά ο πάγκος ήταν σε άλλα μέτρα από τα συμφωνημένα). Unbelievably poor service. We went from "Go to 30 'to get the bench cut" to "There is no bench, we will order it, you will have it in 1-2 weeks." Eventually we took it one month + later. After a very big problem of conciliation and many times we told them the measures (finally the bench was in other measures than the agreed ones).

T	Teta Stef on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απίστευτες τιμές, φοβερή εξυπηρέτηση, εχω παρει ξύλα για ντουλάπια κουζίνας οπως και ΑΠΙΘΑΝΟ παγκο με φοβερές τιμές και φετος πηρα ξύλα για πέργκολα σε τιμή μοναδικη που νόμιζα ότι δεν θα ειχα τη δυνατότητα λογω των τιμών που έβλεπα σε καταστήματα . Ο κ.Χαρης με βοηθησε απιστευτα για τις σωστές διαστάσεις ξυλείας , το σχέδιο για την πέργκολα όπως και για το βερνίκι κ την συντήρηση. Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και τηλεφωνικά αλλά και προσωπικά στο καταστημα, γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση απο τα παιδιά στο back of house, ευγενέστατη η κυρια στο ταμείο, πεντακάθαρος χωρος. Incredible prices, great service, I got wood for kitchen cabinets as well as INCREDIBLE countertop with great prices and this year I got wood for a pergola at a unique price that I thought I would not be able to because of the prices I saw in stores. Mr. Harris helped me tremendously with the right timber dimensions, the design for the pergola as well as the varnish and maintenance. Immediate service both by phone and in person at the store, fast service by the children in the back of the house, very kind to the lady at the checkout, spotless space.

Αίσχος πάρτε κανένα καινούριο δίσκο έλεος. πλήρωσα 3 φύλλα πλακέ θαλάσσης με χρεωσανε 10 ευρω εργασία για κόψιμο, και τα φύλλα δεν γωνιάζουν,Τσάμπα τα λεφτά, σίγουρα με το σεγασακι μου θα τα έκοβα καλύτερα. good service at the checkout until they take your money! if you do not look, they pass you chopped wood and the worker who cuts cuts them wrong !!! peeled and with blackened edges. L	LOUKAS ARSENIOS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσοχή τι αγοράζετε! Αγόρασα ελαττωματική ξυλεία. Το πρόσεξα αφού πλήρωσα. Πριν φύγω από την επιχείρηση προσπάθησα να το επιστρέψω. Ήταν παντελώς αδιάφοροι και ειρωνικοί, ίσως χαρούμενοι που ξεφορτώθηκαν κάτι ελαττωματικό. Προτιμούν να χάσουν τον πελάτη, παρά να ζημιωθούν από την ελαττωματική επιστροφή μερικά ευρώ, που άλλωστε θα τιμούσε και την επιχείρηση. Ο υπάλληλος είπε ότι είχε δει το ελάττωμα, αλλά προτίμησε να μη με ενημερώσει. Be careful what you buy! I bought defective timber. I noticed it after I paid. Before leaving the company I tried to return it. They were completely indifferent and ironic, maybe happy that they got rid of something defective. They prefer to lose the customer, rather than be damaged by the defective return of a few euros, which would also honor the business. The clerk said he had seen the defect, but preferred not to inform me.
