Κάλεσα στο φυσικό κατάστημα για να δω την διαθεσιμότητα σε ένα προϊόν που δεν υπήρχε στον κατάλογο του site, ο Σωκρατης με ευγένεια και αμεσότητα έλεγξε τον κατάλογο του προμηθευτή του και μου βρήκε άμεσα λύση προσφέροντας μου την ποσότητα που χρειαζόμουν σε συμφέρουσα τιμή και για τους δυο. Στο τηλέφωνο (Τετάρτη)μου είπε ότι θα έχει το προϊόν στα χέρια του την Παρασκευή κ οντως έτσι έγινε, απέστειλε με κούριερ κ Σάββατο πρωί παρέλαβα. Αυτό λεγεται αμεσότητα. Αξίζει να είσαι πελάτης αυτού του καταστήματος.
