★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So me and my wife went shopping for groceries, and by the entrance no info about the need to wear masks or their entrance card system (only greek signs). After 5 minutes of beeing inside and several times crossed paths with a staff member, that same staff aproched us and asked about mask, unfortunatly we had none with us, so very rudly she told us to get out. So we head towards the cashier to pay and get out. Once there got asked about the entrance card...it had to be a greek customer to explain it to us..because the cashier couldn't be asked to try to explain it to us for the next time we went there.
I'm portuguese from the Algarve, so i know first hand how to deal with turism and how stressfull it can be. But never have i seen such rude and bad customer service (and i live in sweden, where customer service is rather poor) with no motive whatsoever.
If you want to make money from turism, compromises have to be made, a simple sign by the door in english (for example) would have prevented the situation. Even a hand written one!
I hope this reaches the management and they do put up some info in other language then greek, so they don't lose even more customers.
