Κατανοώ τη δυσκολία που έχει ένα τέτοιο κτήριο για την ομαλή λειτουργία του αναφορικά στην λειτουργική συγκατοίκηση, ιδιαίτερα όταν πρόκειται για νεαρά άτομα, γεμάτα όρεξη για ζωή.
Ωστόσο, πιστεύω πως θα έπρεπε να υπάρξει αυστηρότερη στάση από τη διαχείριση του κτηρίου για να είναι όλα τα παιδιά ευχαριστημένα αλλά κυρίως να νιώθουν ασφάλεια.
Ένα άλλο σημείο το οποίο ίσως χρειάζεται επαναδιαπραγμάτευση είναι το κόστος του μισθώματος καθώς σε συνδυασμό με το θέμα που αναφέρθηκε μόλις, καταλήγει να είναι δυσανάλογο των υπηρεσιών.
Εύχομαι να ληφθούν υπόψη, γιατί πραγματικά είναι ένα κτήριο με πολύ καλές προοπτικές!
The building has very good infrastructure, with modern facilities.
I understand the difficulty that such a building has for its smooth operation in terms of functional cohabitation, especially when it comes to young people, full of appetite for life.
However, I believe that there should be a stricter stance than the management of the building so that all the children are happy but above all feel safe.
Another point that may need to be renegotiated is the cost of the rent as in combination with the issue just mentioned, it ends up being disproportionate to the services.
I hope they are taken into account, because it really is a building with very good prospects!
