S	S K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πέραν το γεγονός της χαμηλής τιμής προϊόντων, πράμα που δεν θεωρώ πρώτιστο χαρακτηριστικό ενός μαγαζιού, επιχείρησης κλπ. Αλλά η άψογη συμπεριφορά και εξυπηρέτηση. Κάτι στο οποίο υπερτερεί το Access shop. Tα παιδιά έκατσαν κι ασχολήθηκαν αποκλειστικά με την παραγγελία μου. Η οποία δεν μπορούσε να πραγματοποιηθεί λόγω έλλειψης του προϊόντος. Πάραυτα το βρήκαν την επόμενη μέρα και ακριβώς την επόμενη απ'αυτη ήρθε κιόλας. Επιπλέον να σημειωθεί πως πήραν πολλά τηλέφωνα για να με ενημερώσουν πλήρως. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση εν κατακλείδι, κάτι το οποίο αποτελεί δυστυχως δυσεύρετο χαρακτηριστικό. Εν τέλει θα πω 5/5 κι εννοείται μελλοντικά θα το ξανά προτιμήσω. Beyond the fact of low product prices, which I do not consider to be the primary characteristic of a shop, business, etc. But impeccable behavior and service. Η όλη επικοινωνία για την αντικατάσταση του διακόπτη και εν τέλη την επιστροφή των χρημάτων ήταν άψογη. I ordered a dimmer wifi switch, which came the next day, but did not work due to my wiring. All the communication for the replacement of the switch and finally the return of the money was perfect.

Completely unprofessional
