Room not clean, they didn't change the towel for 2 days. very poor breakfast, they don't know what is coffee, all table were dearty. the price is high for the given services. the pool was full of insects.
Y	Yin Zhi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much worth the price. We got a 3-bed room with free breakfast, access to swimming pool for 40 Euro the night we needed it. It turned out to be a very nice surprise. Hotel was clean and breakfast with eggs and meat. The only drawback was there were a lot of mosquitos .... Oh well it was close to a mountain! The staff was very friendly and nice in explaining the route to the city center. It was a long commute but not too difficult. Worth it.

They told me no problem and that I was suppose just to pay one more day. I visited the town of Volos and when I came back and arrived at the hotel I realize that they had empty my room and throw my things like garbage in a couple of paper bags. Although I had call them before my reservation end nobody took the responsibility for emptying my room that I asked for a report paper but I was never given one. Are you also ask the list they made when they emptied my room. They never made one. I didn’t even receive a receipt for the €32 I paid for the restaurant charges. That thing was unacceptable. I should have call the police right away but I would also loose my flight. Really shame on them. PM not only they throw my things like garbage but they opened my very personal bag
J	Joshua Wilkinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, comfort and size of everything. The staff were nice, and I got everything I needed. I had had a blow out on one of the tyres on my rental car, and even though this meant that I didn't get to the hotel until after midnight, they did not mind that I had to check-in very late. The only downside was that the breakfast on offer was very limited, however this was not much of a problem for myself as I normally feel very sick if I eat too early in the morning anyway.

Worst hotel ever, do not come here. dogs and cats EVERYWHERE. my family and I came here, the outside is beautiful but don’t be fooled, inside it is like a ghost town, the food is out of date, the staff are like ghosts, when we arrived there was no water or electricity, it is dirty!!!!! There was dog poo on our balcony despite the staff saying no animals on the premises. Please never come here, it is the most uncomfortable experience and you will not get your money back. We tried getting a refund or any type of compensation due to my sister being allergic to pets but it was refused. so far from the city too. NEVER COME HERE. we changed hotel in the middle of the night to a much better place in the city.

N	Niels Kristian Lund on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice hotel that has seen better days. However I have been in newer 3 star hotels with a lower standard than this so a good place for the price. The view over Athens and Acropolis is a big plus.
