w	wazzabi (wazzabi) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acheron springs is a wonderful place to visit. If you want to escape a little from the hotness of the beach this is the perfect place! You can even do rafting on the river.
E	Emmanouil Kalyvas (MnApps) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place, with a magnificent forest and the crystal clear waters of the Acheron river. The water is absolutely cold, we are taking about 3 °C. If you can withstand the cold, you can walk into the river. I would suggest to wear appropriate footwear as the flow is a little strong at some points.

A well known river from antiquity, being one of the gateways to Hades. The water is very very cold. There are a lot of activities you can do, like rafting, hiking, horse riding. Also, there are cafeterias and restaurants, right next to the water.

You don't need anything but your swimsuit, a pair of shoes and your phone in a watertight case to walk upstream and refuel your batteries! After the first couple of hundred meters the water becomes a bit warmer as you pass the springs and have only the river water.
v	vasilis smyrnios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful place. The magic, the beauty. Walk the river upwards from Gliki and enjoy something amazing. Something different for the summer. At some point you will have to swim for 10 meters or so. Water shoes and waterproof bag essential.
H	Harris Vourliotis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing place. Wear sea shoes and be prepared for cold water but so worth it. Walk up the river and enjoy nature and the view. Highly recommend the rafting and the zipline too. There are some areas where you need to swim, so be prepared to have a waterproof bag for your items.
E	EIRINI KAT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love love love! BRING CLOSED shoes to walk in the river as there are sharp stones and pebbles in the river bed that you walk on and you won’t be able to walk! Bring water proof camera or your phone in a waterproof pouch. Don’t bring anything else that you don’t want to wet. Amazing experience ! Must go!
K	Kati Tuomikivi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magnificent, water flows from the mountains down into the valley. clear and cold water. just barely able to wade in the water. we were in early May, so there wasn’t much anyone else there. There is a cafe on the river, but you couldn’t wade there when the water was so high. So you had to go by car along the road there. The distance from Parga to the river is about half an hour by car.
