★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενικό προσωπικό αλλά μέχρι εκεί. Ακριβά προϊόντα που βρίσκεις σε κινέζικα φτηνομάγαζα. Επίσης, το δεξί με το αριστερό είναι τελείως διαφορετικά καταστήματα. Για το δεξί δεν έχω άποψη, αλλά στο αριστερό κατάστημα ανοίγουν και κλείνουν ό,τι ώρα τους αρέσει ανεξάρτητα από το ωράριο που έχουν σε αναρτημένο στην είσοδο. Μέρα καθημερινή και σε ώρα εργασίας ήταν κλειστά, ενώ στο ωράριο λειτουργίας έλεγε ότι είναι ανοιχτά. Όταν την επόμενη μέρα, πήρα τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσω τι ώρα κλείνουν μου είπαν στις 22:00. Πήγα στις 20:45, είχαν ήδη κλειδώσει και με έδιωξαν λέγοντάς μου ότι κλείνουν στις 21:00.
Ευτυχώς όταν είπα στην πωλήτρια ότι έχω να κάνω μόνο μία αλλαγή προϊόντος μου άνοιξε και με εξυπηρέτησε. Μόνο όταν έφευγα, συνειδητοποίησε ότι δεν φόραγε μάσκα και προς τιμήν της μου ζήτησε συγγνώμη.
Πιο χύμα μαγαζί δεν έχω ξαναδεί και αυτή η συμπεριφορά δυσφημεί την Achilleas Accessories.
Polite staff but so far. Expensive products you find in Chinese grocery stores. Also, right and left are completely different stores. For the right I have no opinion, but in the left store they open and close whatever time they like regardless of the schedule they have posted at the entrance. Every day and during working hours they were closed, while during the opening hours he said that they are open. When the next day, I got a phone call to ask what time they close they told me at 22:00. I went at 20:45, they had already locked me up and they kicked me out telling me that they close at 21:00.
Fortunately, when I told the saleswoman that I only had one product change, she opened it and it served me. Only when I left did she realize that she was not wearing a mask and apologized in her honor.
I have never seen a looser store and this behavior discredits Achilleas Accessories.
