★ ★ ★ ★ ★ posto incantevole! adoro dormire qui. la stanza è spaziosa pulita ed arredata con estremo gusto. il mio balcone da sulla splendida e tranquilla baia di aliki..ogni mattina apro la finestra e il cuore mi si riempie di gioia!
lovely place! I love sleeping here. the room is spacious clean and furnished with extreme taste. my balcony overlooks the beautiful and peaceful bay of aliki .. every morning I open the window and my heart fills with joy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτη συμπεριφορα και κανενας επαγγελματισμος ! Λενε για δωματια με θεα θαλασσα , τελικα μπορει να σε βαλουν σε δωματιο που βλεπεις τη θαλασσα απ την κλειδαροτρυπα ! Καθαριοτητα ας μην το συζητησουμε ! Τρομερη απογοητευση για τα λεφτα που ζητανε !
Unacceptable behavior and no professionalism! They say for rooms with sea view, finally they can put you in a room where you can see the sea through the keyhole! Cleanliness let's not discuss it! Terrible disappointment for the money he was asking for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσαμε να βάλουμε μηδέν αστέρια θα βάζαμε!!!!! Οι άνθρωποι κοροϊδεύουν ειναι ψεύτες και απαράδεκτοι σε όλα τους!!!! Κλεισαμε δωμάτιο 15 Αύγουστο υποτίθεται πληρώσαμε δωμάτιο με θέα. Μόλις φτάσαμε μας είπαν ότι λόγω λάθους θα χρειαστεί να μείνουμε σε ένα δωμάτιο πολυ μικρό σε σχέση με αυτό που είχαμε κλείσει και με μπαλκόνι προς την πίσω πλευρά τπυ ξενοδοχείου. Περα από αυτό το δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικο η λεκανη της τουαλέτας μεσα στις κιτρινίλες.....ειδοποιησαμε για να μας την καθαρίσουν κ η καθαρίστρια μας είπε ότι καλα γιαυτο με στείλατε... μου ξέφυγε... την άλλη μέρα μας άλλαξαν δωμάτιο κ παλι ενω είχαμε πληρώσει μπροστινό μας πήγαν παλι σε πίσω μπαλκόνι όπου και παραμειναμε εκει 5 μερες. Αφου γράψαμε κακή κριτική προφανώς στο booking μας πήραν επιτόπου τηλέφωνο ο κος Νικολιδακης και μας είπε να την βγάλουμε κ οτι για την κατάσταση αυτή θα το αναπληρώσουν με κάποια διαμονή που θα προκύψει στο μέλλον. Η κριτική αφαιρέθηκε από εμας επιτόπου. Μετά από 8 μήνες ζητήσαμε από τον κ. Νικολιδακη κάποιες μέρες διαμονής στην Αλυκη και μας είπε ψέματα ότι λόγω μη πολλών κρατήσεων δεν θα ανοίξει το ξενοδοχείο αλλα να σας φιλοξενήσουμε στην Παροικια. Καταλαβαίνετε πως έχει γίνει άφαντος και φυσικά επειδη ειμαι και από το νησί εχω ενημερωθεί ότι τα δωμάτια έχουν ανοίξει κανονικότατα!!!!! Δεν αξίζουν σε καμια περίπτωση τα χρήματα, περα όλης της ταλαιπωρίας τα δωμάτια είναι πάνω από ταβέρνα κ μόλις ανοίξεις το τζάμι μυριζει απίστευτα!!! Δεν υπάρχει καθόλου μόνωση ακούγονται τα πάντα!!!!
If we could put zero stars we would put !!!!! People are kidding, they are liars and unacceptable in all of them !!!! We booked a room on August 15th we supposedly paid for a room with a view. As soon as we arrived we were told that due to a mistake we would have to stay in a room very small compared to what we had booked and with a balcony at the back of the hotel. Beyond this room the toilet bowl was dirty inside the yellows ..... we alerted them to clean it for us and the cleaner told us that that's why you sent me ... it escaped me ... the next day they changed our room and again while we had paid front we went back to the back balcony where we stayed there for 5 days. After we wrote a bad review in booking, obviously Mr. Nikolidakis called us on the spot and told us to take it out and that for this situation they will make up for it with some accommodation that will occur in the future. The criticism was removed by us on the spot. After 8 months we asked Mr. Nikolidakis for a few days stay in Alyki and he lied to us that due to not many reservations the hotel will not open but to host you in Parikia. You understand that it has disappeared and of course because I am from the island I have been informed that the rooms are open normally !!!!! They are not worth the money in any case, despite all the inconvenience, the rooms are above a tavern and as soon as you open the glass it smells incredible !!! There is no insulation, everything is heard !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despicable staff and owner… I was supposed to stay there in August for my honeymoon in greece. After they wrongly withdrawed twice from my bank account money, I had to chase them forever so they refund it AND with no clear answer or apologies from their side. Even, when I unfortunately canceled the stay due to traveling covid restrictions, they promised they will refund me the remaining deposit amount if I send them the documents prooving that covid prevented me from traveling. Of course they never answered to my emails, kept the money and they even lied to Booking.com saying that I agreed not to be refunded.
Extremely disappointed by the way I was treated.
