Great for summer vacations. Perfect conditions for families with small children. Very nice and helpful personnel. Rooms are clean, food is great and the pool area is great. Thank you for the wonderful experience :)

Great hotel for summer vacation. It is about 500m away from the beach. It has a swimming pool available for all guests along with the bar next to it. My family and I would like to salute the staff (especially waitresses in the restaurant) for being so polite all the time. :) Keep up the good work!

The rooms are clean and nice as well as the hotel area and the pool. However the survice is not so good. The only mini products that we had in the bathroom were the ones from our first day. We didn't receive any other body lotion or shower gels during our 7 days stay. There is a bottle with product for hair,body and hands despite the mini versions which we had to leave on the floor of the bath in order to get it filled. These things weren't checked by the staff. The food from the restaurant is really a huge disappointment, at least the dinner. There wasn't any variety - one meal with meat and 3 others such as rise, potatoes or pasta, which is more like as a side dish,not like a prepared meal.The food was tasteless, there wasn't any spices or anything except salt and mustard on almost every dish.The quality of the prepared food wasn't good. I found uncleaned scales on my fish and also some of the vegetables from the salads weren't cleaned as good as it should be.

after your reply to my previous content, i have to mention that none of what you replied is true. the room that was given to us was after complaint and still was given wrong room. the cleaning even every 3 days, was not cleaning. the room was filthy! the towels were chamged after asking for them twice. in the dinner not all people were wearing masks and gloves due to covid and none of the staff asked them to do so

Very agile, helpful and welcoming staff, always giving more than expected. Hotel is perfect for families with children, especially having in mind swimming pool 1.4m deep. Located in quiet place, near supermarkets and in walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Various, tasty food for breakfast and dinner.

A poor experience altogether, unfortunately. The quality of the accommodation definitely does not live up to the expectations, the price, and the 3-star rating. Our room was old and not properly maintained. A few issues to mention were: a) The rusty and dirty balcony, where it was impossible to hang clothes to dry. The drying rack provided was also old and dirty. b) The shower curtain was too short, which resulted in the bathroom getting messy every time we showered. The shower head was leaking. We asked for a replacement and the request was fulfilled quickly, but one would expect that such maintenance checks would have been done in advance. c) The room was not properly cleaned. We found at least four spiders, one on our towels! The furniture was also stained and not properly cleaned. The cleaning staff is probably doing its best -you should really give them more time to clean or hire more cleaners! d) The bed was very uncomfortable and the furniture placement was inconvenient. The room could also benefit from more power outlets in better spots. e) Devices should be checked; I tried to use the hair dryer and could smell burning so I turned it off! It felt unsafe. f) The breakfast is okay; coffee and juices are below average. The rest is mediocre. The main reason why I’m giving two stars instead of one is because the staff was REALLY friendly, polite, helpful, and a pleasure to chat with. Otherwise, this hotel is unpleasant and would not recommend it. I’ve stayed in much better and cheaper places in Sithonia. Please be warned that photos you see on Booking do not reflect the real look of the establishment. No wonder they ask you to pay when you check in! Felt like an absolute waste of money.

Beautiful and clean rooms with very comfortable beds, very nice and helpful personnel, tasteful food with many options, great pool for whole familly to enjoy! Clean sand beach is near with a shop on the way for water and other (fruit, cookies...). If you choose Lilly Ann village it could be the best vacation for you, your friends and your family :)
