Θα πρέπει να επισημάνω ότι τους τελευταίους μήνες αυτό άλλαξε. Πλέον έχουν υπάρξει πολλές φορές όπου πράγματι δεν είμαι εκεί, όμως παίρνουν πάντα τηλέφωνο και έτσι βρίσκουμε λύση.
 They have NEVER delivered me to the place where I packed. The last time I received a message that they could not and I was in the house all day

I must point out that in recent months this has changed. Now there have been many times where I really am not there, but they always get a phone call and so we find a solution.

Άφησαν δέμα μου για πέμπτή φορά σε άλλον άνθρωπο ενώ έγγραφα πάνω "Παράδοση αυστηρά κατόπιν συνεννόησης και να μην δοθεί σε άλλον" και όταν πήρα τηλέφωνο να παραπονεθώ γιατί το δέμα μου εμφανίζεται ως παραδομένο ο courier ήταν αγενέστατος. Ζήτησα το όνομα του και μου η απάντηση ήταν "δεν σου λέω." Επαγγελματίες............
UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They left my parcel for the fifth time to another person while I was writing on "Delivery strictly by arrangement and not to be given to another" and when I got a phone call to complain because my parcel appears to be delivered the courier was rude. I asked for his name and my answer was "I'm not telling you." Professionals ............

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and fast if you can collect from the acs point either way most of the couriers don't even bother to make a phone call for delivery...in my case they don't even leave a delivery message and that has happened multiple times...i assume that their courier boy cannot even read greek language and i had crossed it from other clients too... sorry boy try to read and write greek your post demands this!Till then the stars will remain low...
