★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier company in existence! They "claim" to try and deliver when in reality no one tries to deliver. I work from home so I am home all day and every single time I have a delivery with them it's the same thing. This company deserves to go bankrupt and I will be happy on that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not reliable, not flexible, poor customer experience.
Receiving notifications about delivery day X, but after staying inside whole day no delivery takes place plus no notification at all.
Trying to change location through website but it doesnt allow change for next day.
Changing address through phone (15 mins wait) and still the courrier does not get notified and tries to deliver in old address.
Next day nothing is delivered.
Then after another 15 mins wait they inform you that they already tried twice and the system does not allow reschedule.
I was only notified about one failed attempt (sms are available).
Trying to contact their central office, had to wait 30 mins hearing automated messages about how special each delivery is -really???-and then when wait is over, the line hangs up.
If that is not systemic failure, what is?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went by the afternoon and my visit was quick and easy. I received a text message with the number of my parcel and I just signed up on a screen. It took less than 5 minutes. I had only 2 people in front of me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional- complete lack of communication. I am leaving for a week and I can' arrange to pick up the package myself sin e they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Based on my track no my package " is scheduled to be delivered " however no one knows what is this supposed to mean time wise: will it be delivered in 5 days, 5 hours, 5 months 5 minutes?
THEY ALSO SEND SMS MESSAGES EVERYDAY SAYING " YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY" ALTHOUGH THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN.
