A courier’s job is to deliver goods to your doorstep. This provides reading clear instructions on package, finding the correct door (yes, buildings may have more than one entrance, and also stores) and ringing.
As for the store: Rude behavior, bad, slow service.
Terrible, inefficient call center.
Unacceptably bad, problematic crm.
November Covid and Black Friday are not to be considered as an excuse, as both were fully expected by the companies of their field but they did not get prepared for.
Unfortunately, exactly the same applies for the other 2 major companies I had to deal with in the past weeks: speedex and geniki tachidromiki.
