Poor service. I was told twice that the courier would bring me my parcel at noon and he did not come. They also put a new delivery date by order of the recipient, without me having said anything. When I complained to the headquarters they told me that they do something like this when they can not come because it is an inaccessible area. Meanwhile some other people I asked told me they had seen the courier in the area

Unacceptable !!! They never bring them to my house. They send me a message after 2:00 that they close that they did not find me (which by the way I am my home) and to contact them, I immediately call and no one picks it up because they are closed !!!

Good service from everyone especially from the girls at the reception very well, kindly bravo to all the team of DEGREES.

Personally, I did not have any problems using the services of this company. On Friday, they sent me an envelope from Thessaloniki, yesterday, that is, on Monday, they called me at 13:00 and said that my package had arrived, you can come and pick it up. Today, Tuesday, I came and took my package. The only drawback is that not all staff speak English, and I am just learning Greek and understand very little. But this is a common problem for Greece and the Greeks. They do not particularly want to integrate into the common European space and society, and therefore do not see the need and do not want to learn English because of their own laziness. This is a big problem for Greece. I have a lot of acquaintances and friends in Crete and on the mainland, locals, namely Greeks and 90% of them do not know English and do not want to know even a few elementary words. And unfortunately they do not understand that they are losing a lot of clients because of this, especially in the tourism industry. And at the same time, lately, they are constantly crying that now it has become difficult and they earn little, funny people. But back to the topic, I have not experienced any serious problems with this company. It will be seen further.

Unacceptable! My parcel has been in the store for five days, I went from there because of course they did not pick up the phone and they told me that we are an inaccessible area and that they make shipments here once a week! Inaccessible area a quarter away !! The most rude employees! Of course they do not get any phone calls to inform about anything! Never again!

I swore that it would be better not to get the product I want than to receive a package again from Acs in Perama. Rude, the employees make fun of the work they do, a misunderstanding between Acs Rethymno and Acs Perama. It takes a millennium from the time they receive your parcel until they send you what is in the store. They do not bring the package to your house with the excuse that they will bring it to you a century later so that they force you to go and pick it up. Many times I wonder, do not have someone to control the quality of services they offer? Guys, the General Post Office in Rethymno is 1000 times better and they bring you the parcel on the same day they receive it! Also the post office in Panormo where a lady and a girl work are 10 times better than Acs in Perama. I inform you, whoever receives a parcel from Acs in Perama will regret it bitterly.

Every time I ordered, when they were not brought to my place, and I had to go to the store to look for my parcels .... As if they never picked up the phones, and they kept telling me that there was a problem with the phones. Their center. They could have been more helpful so that we do not suffer as customers ... The courtesy and kindness of the staff is there, and it is a fact, I just have to at least always go from the store to be served ...
