★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν το περίμενα αλλά τις 2 φορές που έχω πάρει κάτι το έχουν όντως φέρει σπίτι και τις 2 φορές ήρθαν πολύ γρήγορα
 I did not expect it but the 2 times I got something they actually brought it home and the 2 times they came very quickly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το κατάστημα είναι απαράδεκτο από θέμα εξυπηρέτησης. Συστηματικά δεν παραδίδουν τα δέματα την ημέρα της άφιξής τους, αλλά παίρνουν τηλέφωνο και λένε ότι θα καθυστερήσει η παράδοση λόγω φόρτου εργασίας. Καθώς τα δέματα είναι προϊόντα που χρησιμοποιούμε άμεσα, αναγκαζομαστε και πηγαίνουμε οι ίδιοι να τα παραλάβουμε από το κατάστημά τους. Στη μία φορά που αφήσαμε ενα δέμα για να δουμε πότε θα το φέρουν, το έφεραν την επομένη το απόγευμα. Απαράδεκτοι.
The store is unacceptable in terms of service. They do not systematically deliver the parcels on the day of their arrival, but they pick up the phone and say that the delivery will be delayed due to workload. As the parcels are products that we use immediately, we are forced to go and pick them up ourselves from their store. Once we left a parcel to see when they would bring it, they brought it the next afternoon. Unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually they're ok but when I tried to ask one time about a delayed package I was expecting I was shun off, told to ask the sender instead. Rubbish of course as the package was already picked up by them and it was in their possession, clearly the person was trying to get rid of me.

My package disappeared ... ACS would call me on Thursday ..... But no one called ....
Now acs promised to call me on Monday .... No one called... ?
