A	Anna Kontopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι άνθρωποι στο υποκατάστημα αυτό είναι όλοι ευγενεστατοι και εξυπηρετικοτατοι! Οι μόνοι που είχαν ανθρώπινη προσέγγιση και όχι αδιαφορία! Κατόρθωσαν να φέρουν στα χέρια μου άμεσα ένα δέμα που εξαιτίας άλλων υποκαταστηματων έκανε το γύρο της Αττικής για πάνω από 10 ημέρες! Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ και ένα μεγάλο μπράβο! The people in this branch are all very kind and helpful! The only ones who had a human approach and not indifference! They managed to bring to my hands immediately a parcel that due to other branches made the tour of Attica for over 10 days! A big thank you and a big thumbs up!
K	KIRIAKOS PANAGIOTOPOULOS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικα ,η χειροτερη αντιμετωπιση που εχω ποτέ συναντησει σε καταστημα ....περιμενα ενα δεμα με υλικα ιατρειου το οποιο δεν εβρισκαν(αφου ειχε καθυστερησει περιπου 10 ημερες)και ο υπευθυνος μου ειπε οτι θα το φερει ο ιδιος προσωπικα με το που θα το βρει....φυσικα αυτο δεν εγινε ποτέ και μετα απο 4 φορες που περιμενα στην ουρα το δεμα βρεθηκε.Να σημειωθει οτι το δεμα ειχε ακριβα υλικα ,τα οποια ξαναπαρηγγειλα,αφου δεν μπορουσα να δουλεψω μεχρι η acs να τα βρει.....Τελος ειναι γνωστο οτι η acs ειναι η μοναδικη εταιρεια,η οποια εκμεταλευτηκε τη κριση που βιωνουμε και αυξησε τις τιμες της και μαλιστα πολυ!!! Κριμα........Αγενεια και ψευτια χαρακτηριζουν το καταστημα της Παλληνης Αττικης,ελπιζω οχι και τα υπολοιπα Really, the worst treatment I have ever encountered in a store .... I was waiting for a package with medical supplies which they could not find (after it was delayed for about 10 days) and the manager told me that he would personally bring it with him find .... of course this never happened and after 4 times I waited in line the package was found. Note that the package had expensive materials, which I re-ordered, since I could not work until the acs found them ... ..Finally it is known that acs is the only company, which took advantage of the crisis we are experiencing and increased its prices and in fact a lot !!! Too bad ........ Rudeness and lies characterize the store of Pallini Attica, I hope not the rest
Β	ΒΑΣΙΛΙΚΗ ΠΕΤΟΥΡΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά και εξυπηρέτηση, από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Με ειδοποίησαν χθες, μέσω γραπτού μηνύματος, ότι θα παραλάβω. Με έκλεισαν, όλη την ημέρα μέσα στο σπίτι και όταν τηλεφώνησα ΕΓΩ στις 18,30 το απόγευμα, με πληροφόρησαν, ότι η κοπέλα σχόλασε και ότι το δέμα μου είχε επιστραφεί στο κατάστημα. Δεν ζήτησαν καν συγγνώμη και όταν τηλεφώνησα το πρωί για να τους ζητήσω να το στείλουν σήμερα τουλάχιστον νωρίτερα, για να μην κλειστώ και πάλι όλη την ημέρα μέσα στο σπίτι, έλαβα την στερεότυπη και δεικτική απάντηση: "Ο προιστάμενος είπε, ότι η αποστολή σας θα παραδοθεί στο διάστημα 12.00-15.00, δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε κάτι, οι αποστολές είναι πολλές δεν έχουμε μόνον τη δική σας!!!" Στην παρατήρηση μου, ότι δεν μπορούν να με κρατούν δύο ημέρες κλεισμένη μέσα στο σπίτι , με κάλεσαν να περάσω να παραλάβω από το κατάστημα, σαν να μην είχε πληρώσει ο αποστολέας για παράδοση στο σπίτι. Αποφύγετε την ACS ΠΑΛΛΗΝΗΣ , είναι αγενείς και θρασείς. Προτείνω τα ELTA COURIER. Εκεί είναι ευγενέστατοι, αποτελεσματικοί, ταχύτατοι και πολύ πιο οικονομικοί!!! Unacceptable behavior and service from this store. I was notified yesterday, via text message, that I would receive it. I was locked up all day inside the house and when I called EGO at 18.30 in the afternoon, they informed me that the girl had been beaten and that my parcel had been returned to the store. They did not even apologize and when I called in the morning to ask them to send it today at least earlier, so as not to be locked in the house again all day, I received the stereotypical and indicative answer: "The boss said, that your mission will delivered between 12.00-15.00, we can not do anything, the shipments are many we do not have only yours !!! " In my remark, that they could not keep me locked inside the house for two days, they called me to pick up from the store, as if the sender had not paid for delivery at home. Avoid ACS PALLINI, they are rude and rude. I recommend ELTA COURIER. There they are very gentle, efficient, fast and much cheaper !!!

Flawless, on a rainy day with the motorbike, they delivered 5 orders to me in full consultation from the store when needed! Thank you very much ?
