Είναι οι μοναδικοί που δε σε βρίσκουν ποτέ στο σπίτι, είτε η διεύθυνση σου είναι λανθασμένη ή ελλιπής και τελικά η ποιο αγαπημένη ενασχόληση τους έχει καταντήσει να είναι η αποστολή sms για μη παράδοση της παραγγελίας. Όσο για το τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας δεν υπήρξε ποτέ επικοινωνία μαζί τους, απλά αναφέρεται σαν ένας ακόμη ενναλακτικός τρόπος ταλαιπωρίας. Ντροπή τους... Πλέον αποφεύγω να παραγγέλνω από site που συνεργάζονται με την acs. The worst courier service and especially the specific branch of Thermi. Τελευταίο συμβάν: την Τετάρτη μιλαω με τον διανομέα και εξηγώ ότι απουσιάζω, όποτε να το παραδώσει μετά τις 2 ( σχόλιο το οποίο υπήρχε στην παραγγελία ήδη και το επιβεβαίωσε και η τηλεφωνήτρια του καταστήματος!) Μετά από μισή ώρα έρχεται μήνυμα άτυχης αποστολη παράδοσης! Επικοινωνώ σήμερα να τον παραδώσουν μετα τις 2, επιβεβαιώνει η τηλεφωνήτρια και έρχεται για παράδοση 12:30! Ένα από τα τελευταία παραδείγματα ασυνέπειας αυτού του υποκαταστήματος! Ο διανομέας χωρίς pos και χωρίς να τηρεί κανένα μέτρο προστασίας ( δεν φορούσε μάσκα)! Νομίζω ότι πρέπει να τους γίνει κάποια σύσταση επιτελους γιατί αποτελούν δυσφήμιση για την ACS γενικότερα! Φυσικά όταν έχω επιλογή του κούριερ σε παραγγελία ποτέ δεν τους επιλέγω λόγω αυτού του υποκαταστήματος! If I could put 0 I would! The worst ACS branch in Thessaloniki! Τηλέφωνο ποτέ ενώ μπαίνεις στον κόπο να γράψεις παρακαλώ καλέστε με για να κατέβω και παράδοση μετά της 2… όταν ήρθαν μια φορά επειδή είναι μονοκατοικία κατέβηκα να τον βρω γιατί τον είδα και απλά μέχρι να κατέβω απλά κόλλησε το χαρτάκι και έφυγε χωρίς να χτυπήσει ή να καλέσει. Η να αλλάξει η μαμα εταιρία μερικά πράγματα, η ας το κλείσουν αφού τα παιδιά δεν θέλουν να δουλέψουν. Προσωπικά δεν παραγγέλνω από σάιτ που συνεργάζονται με την ACS This store is a slander. Σήμερα έχουμε Τρίτη 07/06 , τηλέφωνο στο κατάστημα και ρωτώ τι έγινε. Και η τραγική απαντηση που έλαβα : Την Παρασκευή το είχε μαζί του αλλά δεν πρόλαβε να το παραδοσει ... Τη Δευτέρα δε το έβγαλαν για παράδοση και ούτε σήμερα θα βγει ... Θέλουν να λέγονται και εταιρίες ταχυμεραφορών ... Προκομένοι ...Τρομάρα Τους !!! Μακριά και αγαπημένοι. Πότε δεν είχα σε εκτίμηση το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα !!! Θα γίνει αναφορά και στο κατάστημα που έστειλε την αποστολή κσι στο Skroutz που από εκεί έγινε η παραγγελία . Κακώς υπάρχει το ένα .
