E	Eirini Kostoula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρέλαβα άλλο προϊόν από αυτό που παρήγγειλα (ενώ στο mail επιβεβαίωσης & αποστολής απεικονίζοταν αυτό που είχα επιλέξει), δεν υπήρχε ούτε απόδειξη, ούτε φόρμα επιστροφής μαζί με το προϊόν. Στο mail που έστειλα εκφράζοντας την δυσαρέσκειά μου, δεν έλαβα ποτέ απάντηση. I received a product other than the one I ordered (while the confirmation & shipping mail showed what I had chosen), there was neither a receipt nor a return form with the product. I never received a reply to the email I sent expressing my dissatisfaction.

Παραγγειλαμε κάτι λαμπάκια για τον κήπο και τα στείλανε τόσο μπερδεμένα που στο τέλος κόπηκαν.Μια ώρα και προσπαθούσα να τα ξεμπλέξω και στο τέλος μου μείνανε στο χέρι. Απαράδεκτοι!!! I'm just ashamed to say that. We ordered some light bulbs for the garden and they sent them so confused that in the end they were cut. I tried for a while to untangle them and in the end they were left in my hand. Unacceptable !!!

Παρέλαβα το προϊόν ΜΕΣΑ ΣΕ ΧΑΡΤΟΚΟΥΤΟ ΑΠΟ ΑΠΟΡΡΥΠΑΝΤΙΚΌ ,ΧΩΡΙΣ ΑΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ Ή ΑΛΛΟ ΠΑΡΑΣΤΑΤΙΚΟ , ΣΕ ΑΛΛΟ ΧΡΩΜΑ ΚΑΙ ΜΙΚΡΟΤΕΡΕΣ ΔΙΑΣΤΑΣΕΙΣ!!! Η αξία του προϊόντος που παρέλαβα, ήταν φυσικά μικρότερης αξίας από αυτό που παραγγειλα και πλήρωσα στην κούριερ με αντικαταβολή. Ήμουν έτοιμη να πάρω τηλ για αντικατάσταση. Μετά τις κριτικές που διάβασα όμως θεωρώ πως είμαι τυχερή που δεν ήρθε το προϊόν χαλασμένο ή σπασμένο ώστε να χάσω όλα τα χρήματα μου. ,αλλά μόνο ένα μικρό μέρος. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ ΑΠΟ ΑΥΤΗ ΤΗΝ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΊΑ- ΑΠΟΘΗΚΗ!!!!! I agree with all the negative Cretans !!!!! I ordered a product in a specific color and dimensions. I received the product IN A PAPER BAG FROM DETERGENT, WITHOUT PROOF OR ANOTHER DOCUMENT, IN ANOTHER COLOR AND SMALLER DIMENSIONS !!! The value of the product I received was of course less than what I ordered and paid to the courier by cash on delivery. I was ready to call for a replacement. After the reviews I read, however, I consider that I am lucky that the product did not come damaged or broken so that I could lose all my money. , but only a small part. AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY- WAREHOUSE !!!!!

Ειχα παραγγείλει ενα προιόν - εντός Αθηνών, με είχανε χρεώσει κανονικά, περίμενα ένα ολόκληρο μήνα κ δε το χαν στείλει κ τους ζήτησα πίστωση, που μου είχαν επιβεβαιώσει, σε περίπτωση καθυστέρησης κ δε με πίστωσαν ποτέ. Τελικά ήρθε το προιόν 40 μέρες μετά, το οπόιο μετά απο 6 λεπτά χρήσης, μύρισε καμμένο και έλιωσε και το πλαστικό κ αμέσως το έβγαλα απ τη πρίζα γιατί φοβήθηκα και για την ασφάλειά μου. Τους ενημέρωσα και ζήτησα πίστωση και με αγνοήσανε παντελώς. Απλά πήρανε τα χρήματά μου και στείλανε ελλατωματικό και επικίνδυνο προιόν ! UNACCEPTABLE! I had ordered a product - inside Athens, they had charged me normally, I waited a whole month and they did not send it and I asked them for credit, which they had confirmed to me, in case of delay and they never credited me. Finally the product came 40 days later, which after 6 minutes of use, smelled burnt and melted the plastic and I immediately unplugged it because I was afraid for my safety. I informed them and asked for credit and they completely ignored me. They just took my money and sent a defective and dangerous product!

I	I Gog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the shop, Mr. Kostopoulos is a liar and a dishonest person. I have order a product from his e-shop, he gave to my colleague something similar but not the same quality and he didn't accept to take it back. I have made the complaint to the Hellenic Consumers' Ombudsman and they disappointing me too as they accepted his ridiculous lies. Please don't order anything by that place.

Placed two orders by mistake and Demetris called me and helped to cancel the wrong one. Special thanks to Demetris! Very polite and client oriented professional! Have already recommended the store to my friends. Looking forward to receive my order.
Γ	Γιάννης Στάμος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only part store is reliable, is being inconsistent! Getting your product - not to mention on time - is pure luck. Real case: Ordered 07/12/2021. (product available, 1-3 days) No call, no mail, no shipment. Called on the 14/12/2021.. got the answer "oh..its not available please send me an email to cancel it." Of course for money return he will go by the book (14 days), hence the request of the email. Product shows up still available of course!! Good luck to people willing to give it a shot. Mr. Dimitris in case you reading this, I suppose you have to read the full article what the law dictates.
