Βασίζονται σε τελειόφοιτους φωτογραφίας ή παιδαγωγικής για να επιλέξουν θεωρητικά στελέχη τεχνικής κατεύθυνσης, χωρίς να έχουν διαβάσει καν το βιογραφικό, που τους έχει αποσταλεί και σίγουρα δεν έχουν την αντίληψη να το κατανοήσουν. Περιγραφή θέσης με γενικότητες, που έστω και αν καλύπτεις όλα τα σημεία της περιγραφής της θέσης δεν μπαίνουν στον κόπο να σε ενημερώσουν για την επιλογή ή την μή επιλογή (ίσως και καλώς γιατί μπορεί σε χρόνο dt να σε χρειαστούν για την λάθος επιλογή τους).
If Greek companies rely on the selection of staff from similar consulting "willingly, and patiently". They rely on photography or pedagogy graduates to select theoretical technical executives, without even having read the resume that has been sent to them and they certainly do not have the understanding to understand it. Position description with generalities, that even if you cover all the points of the position description they do not bother to inform you about the choice or not (perhaps well because in dt time they may need you for their wrong choice).
