★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά λυπάμαι, είμαι πελάτης του Κωτσόβολου και έχω βιώσει τα χειρότερα και από αυτή την εταιρία και από την SONY, έχουμε αγορά καινούριας τηλεόρασης αξίας 850 ευρώ και με εγγύηση 168 ευρώ έξτρα (Total Support) ενώ αντίστοιχα έχουμε και την εγγύηση της SONY που όλως περιέργως η sony σαν εγγύηση έχει αν χαλάσει μια συσκευή σου στέλνουν μια νέα η ΑΝΑΚΑΤΑΣΚΕΥΑΣΜΕΝΗ συσκευή, τα μικρά γράμματα που δεν άκουσε η δεν είδε κανεις από τον πωλητή, για να πάμε στο κομμάτι της ADELTECH όμως η δουλειά της ήταν να πάρει την τηλεόραση να ενημερώσει με το πόρισμα πρώτα την σονυ και μετά εμένα, ο κύριος λοιπόν ενημέρωσε μόνο εμένα λέγοντας μου χωρίς να μου δώσει άλλη επιλογή μου λέει πως επειδή η τηλεόραση σου δεν επισκευαζεται θα σου έρθει σε 7 ημέρες μια νέα τηλεόραση η ΑΝΑΚΑΤΑΣΚΕΥΑΣΜΕΝΗ όπως αποφασίσει η σονυ, λέγοντας του ότι έχω total support μου είπε να ενημερώσω τον Κωτσόβολο για αυτή την εγγύηση, ο Κωτσόβολος δεν πήρε ποτέ το πόρισμα διότι η σονυ έπρεπε να τον ενημερώσει αλλά παρά ταύτα η σονυ δεν τον ενημέρωσε διότι η ADELTECH σημείωσε ότι έχει ενημερωθεί ο Κωτσόβολος, η εγώ είμαι πολύ πονηρός η δεν ξέρω τι γίνεται, όπως και να χει αναμένω ακόμα 17 ημέρες τώρα να βγάλουν άκρη, ευτυχώς έκανα καταγγελία το συμβάν στην κυβέρνηση στην προστασία του καταναλωτή και κάτι άρχισε να γίνεται.
 I'm really sorry, I am a customer of Kotsovolos and I have experienced the worst from both this company and SONY, we have a purchase of a new TV worth 850 euros and with a guarantee of 168 euros extra (Total Support) while respectively we have the guarantee of SONY which strangely sony as a guarantee has if a device breaks you send a new or RECONSTRUCTED device, the small letters that no one heard or saw from the seller, to go to the ADELTECH part but her job was to get the TV to inform me the result first sony and then me, so the gentleman only informed me telling me without giving me another choice he tells me that because your TV is not repaired you will get in 7 days a new TV RECONSTRUCTED as sony decides, telling him that I have total support told me to inform Kotsovolos about this guarantee, Kotsovolos never got the result because Sony had to inform him but nevertheless the ony did not inform him because ADELTECH noted that Kotsovolos has been informed, I am very cunning or I do not know what is happening, as if I have been waiting for 17 days now to get rid of it, fortunately I reported the incident to the government in consumer protection and something started to happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λίγο τσιμπημενες τιμές αλλά πολυ εξυπηρετικοι και σωστοί στη δουλειά τους. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα για τυχόν επισκευή κάποιας τηλεόρασης η κονσόλας.
Slightly stingy prices but very helpful and correct in their work. I would highly recommend it for any repair of a TV or console.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα για να ρωτήσω για μια sony action camera που δεν δούλευε σωστά. Ο "κύριος" που βρισκόταν μέσα ούτε που έριξε μια ματιά στην κάμερα ώστε να δει αν δυσλειτουργεί ή απλά κάτι που είχε διαφύγει της προσοχής μου συνέβαινε και δεν δούλευε σωστά. Φυσικά δεν την άφησα! Αγενής και κακός επαγγελματίας. Κρίμα για τη Sony που τους εμπιστεύτηκε! Ευτυχώς υπάρχει και αλλού εξουσιοδοτημένο κατάστημα!
I visited the store to ask about a sony action camera that did not work properly. The "gentleman" inside was not even looking at the camera to see if it was malfunctioning or just something that had escaped my attention was happening and was not working properly. Of course I did not leave her! Rude and bad professional. Too bad Sony trusted them! Fortunately, there is an authorized store elsewhere!

Πηγα το PS4 για μια βλάβη και προκαλέσανε μία άλλη ζημιά τελείως διαφορετική.
Φυσικά δεν αναγνωρίσανε τίποτα και το πήρα χαλασμένο !!!
Επίσης δεν ήταν συνεπής και στον χρόνο παράδοσης του χαλασμένου PS4 πλέον !
Ντροπή στην SONY που εξουσιοδοτεί τέτοιους...
Μετά από 1 εβδομάδα το πήγα στην Παλαιών Πατρών Γερμανού και αποκαταστήσανε την ζημιά που προκάλεσαν στην Adel Tech SA με μόλις 37€ !!!
Φυσικά και η διάγνωση ήταν λάθος !!!
Καλύτερα να ασχοληθείτε με κάτι άλλο. Εκεί μπορεί να έχετε καλύτερη τύχη, μιας και είστε άσχετοι.
UNACCEPTABLE !!!
I went to the PS4 for a fault and they caused another completely different damage.
Of course they did not recognize anything and I got it damaged !!!
It was also not consistent with the delivery time of the damaged PS4 anymore!
Shame on SONY for authorizing such ...
After 1 week I went to Paleon Patron Germanou and they repaired the damage they caused to Adel Tech SA with just 37 € !!!
Of course the diagnosis was wrong !!!
Better to deal with something else. There you can have better luck, since you are irrelevant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αντικατάσταση τηλεκοντρόλ tv σε 2 εργάσιμες ημέρες! Ευγενικοί, γρήγοροι και μου έδωσαν τηλεκοντρόλ να εξυπηρετηθώ μέχρι να έρθει η αλλαγή!
TV remote control replacement in 2 working days! Polite, fast and they gave me remote control to be served until the change comes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι εντελώς άσχετοι και λένε ψέματα χωρίς να τους νοιάζει τίποτα!
Πήγα την soundbar 03/12/2021. Μετά από 1 μήνα τους παίρνω τηλ, μου απαντάν να μην ανησυχώ και ότι περιμένουν ανταλλακτικά και ότι έχουν βρει το πρόβλημα και θα την κάνουν.
Ανοιχτά είναι από το πρωί μέχρι τις 4μμ και σαββατοκύριακα κλειστά οπότε είναι δύσκολο για κάποιον να περάσει από εκεί.
Σήμερα είχα άδεια από την δουλειά μου και πέρασα. 11/02/2022.
Τους λέω τα στοιχεία μου, μου φέρνουν την soundbar και μου λένε έχει πολλά προβλήματα δεν μπορούμε να την κάνουμε!!! τους ρωτάω τι προβλήματα... απάντηση εεεε πολλά!!! Ρωτάω γιατί δεν με ενημέρωσαν εδω και 2,5 μήνες. Την Πέμπτη την είδαμε, (δηλαδή χθες)
ΕΛΕΟΣ εκτός από άσχετοι είναι και ψεύτες!!!
They are completely irrelevant and lie without caring about anything!
I went to the soundbar 03/12/2021. After 1 month I call them, they answer me not to worry and that they are waiting for spare parts and that they have found the problem and they will do it.
They are open from morning until 4pm and closed on weekends so it is difficult for anyone to get through there.
Today I had a leave of absence from work and I passed. 11/02/2022.
I tell them my details, they bring me the soundbar and they tell me it has many problems we can not do it !!! I ask them what problems ... answer eeee many !!! I ask why I have not been informed for 2.5 months. We saw it on Thursday (that is, yesterday)
MERCY, apart from being irrelevant, they are also liars !!!
