★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επαγγελματισμός μηδέν. Τηλεφωνούσα εδώ και μία ώρα, δεν απαντούσε κανένας για να κλείσουμε ραντεβού και οδήγησα 14 χιλιόμετρα, για να πάω να δω τι γίνεται στο κατάστημα. Μου απάντησαν ότι το επόμενο διαθέσιμο ραντεβού είναι μετά από τρεις ώρες και οτι δεν είχαν τη δυνατότητα να απαντησουν. Λυπάμαι πολύ, γιατι πίστευα ότι θα είναι ένα κατάστημα με άριστη εξυπηρέτηση, οπως θα άρμοζε σε μία τόσο μεγάλη επωνυμία.
Professionalism zero. I was calling for an hour, no one answered to make an appointment and I drove 14 kilometers to go and see what was going on in the store. They told me that the next available appointment is after three hours and that they were not able to answer. I'm very sorry, because I thought it would be a store with excellent service, as would be appropriate for such a big brand.
