AdoPhoto - Pl. Kaniggos

My friends got me a gift card for this place as I wanted to get a new lens for my Nikon DSLR. I had to wait for it for over 1 month, and I was the one who that had to keep calling for an update. I understand that it may have not been the shops fault, but I would have appreciated an update now and then and perhaps an apology when I went to pick it up.

The crew there is very helpful, and you can reach a lower price than the one shown if you buy more than one thing. I already bought a high-quality DSLR camera, two lenses, bag, and 32GB SD card yesterday with a very good price, lower than what's expected. Their English is very good, and they can work hard to reach what is best for you in terms of quality and price. I recommend dealing with these guys :))

We bought here our new Nikon D3500, an extra lens, an SD card and a carrying bag. All items are of excellent quality, total price was good and so was the service we received (thanks for the complimentary bottles of mineral water on a hot day!). The place also hosts quick photography courses for beginners. Super cool. We recommend!

I visited this shop as they had a used Nikon lens available that I wanted to get. When I arrived, the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was great that Manolis spoke very good English. I would have stayed longer in the shop to get to know them better but my mask was bothering me and needed fresh air. But I walked out with a nice lens and after a short inspection, it appears to be a good quality used lens that I look forward to using. If I need more photo equipment, I will definitely be in touch again.

We arrived in Greece and realized my semi professional photographer wife forgot her camera body. I was worried about finding a replacement especially with a potential language barrier, since we are English speaking. We got to AdoPhoto just before they closed and were warmly greeted (in English) . The staff was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and knew exactly what we were looking for. Within minutes we had a brand new camera and were out the door. Now to the islands! Thank you AdoPhoto (and the young man who helped us)!! We wish you the most success!

I am the global lead of photography and videography for a large, international yacht brokerage. When I called to inquire about availability of a simple stabilizer for my mobile phone, I was told that the one I wanted was not the best, and that I should consider another model. Two weeks later, I found an opportunity to go visit the store. I took a list of items with me that I need to purchase over the next 1-2 months - €10000+ worth of gear. It turns out that they did not have the gimbal I wanted, but they did have available what they wanted to sell me, a bigger, more expensive model. I asked to order the one I wanted, and they said they don’t know when it will arrive and that I should keep checking with them because they are the distributor for Greece. I had a shoot coming up for which I wanted that specific gimbal. They could not tell me anything about it’s availability. So, I went to another camera store 5 minutes away. I asked them for the same product. They did not have it available either, but they asked me to leave my phone number and they will call me when it comes in. Two days later, I got a call from this other store, informing me that it had arrived and is waiting for me. In addition to not being able to service my needs for this product, I was told that everything I want is online and I can look for it there. The owner/manager, it seems, rushed me out the door because he had a phone call to make and because the store was too crowded. It was very rude and unprofessional. Again, at the other store, the woman who helped me was patient, responsive, and held true to her promise of calling me - and not telling me to call them. Finally, Adophoto needs a both a bigger store and more help, since they have to push people out the door due to the inability to serve their (potential) customers. They should also take some pointers from their competitors. I’ll use them if I need to, but only if I need to.

Adorama is a major goto place for photo gear, lens, tripods and related gadgets. I have been to this location many times over five years and they always come through with excellent products and customer service. A++
