Στη συνέχεια ακόμα και όταν παρουσιάστηκε κάποιο θέμα εν μέσω της πιο πολυάσχολης περιόδου, από πλευράς συντηρήσεων, ήταν δίπλα μας και επιμελήθηκαν ώστε να επιλυθεί άμεσα. Τους συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Excellent professionalism and impeccable service. They explained to us step by step the installation process and arranged all the bureaucratic procedures for the gas connection. Then even when an issue arose in the middle of the busiest period, in terms of maintenance, they were by our side and edited to resolve it immediately. I highly recommend them.

Το έργο στο σπίτι μου ήταν απεγκατάσταση καυστήρα και δεξαμενής πετρελαίου και εγκατάσταση καινούργιου καυστήρα φυσικού αερίου. Από την αρχική πολύ καλή επιτόπια ενημέρωση για το έργο και τις δυνατότητες του καυστήρα, την οικονομική προσφορά και την υλοποίηση παρά τις τεχνικές δυσκολίες απεγκατάστασης της παλιάς δεξαμενής λόγω του περιορισμένου χώρου όλα εξελίχθηκαν καλά και στον συμφωνημένο χρόνο. Τα συνεργεία που έκαναν την δουλειά γνώριζαν πολύ καλά τι έκαναν, ήταν όλοι προσεκτικοί και καθαροί. 5 αστέρια λοιπόν στην Aelia και στον Δ. Κατραντζόπουλο γιατί ακόμα και σε ένα θέμα ενημέρωσης και χρήσης που προέκειψε μετά απο ένα μήνα ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα τηλεφωνικώς. Excellent and trouble-free implementation of the project by Aelia. The project in my house was dismantling a burner and oil tank and installing a new gas burner. From the initial very good on-site information about the project and the capabilities of the burner, the financial offer and the implementation despite the technical difficulties of uninstalling the old tank due to the limited space, everything went well and at the agreed time. The crews who did the job knew very well what they were doing, they were all careful and clean. So 5 stars to Aelia and D. Katranzopoulos because even in a matter of information and use that came up after a month, they responded immediately by phone.
