Ξεχωρίζει για την καθαριότητά του αλλά και την άνεση που προσφέρει, καθώς τα δωμάτια είναι μεγαλύτερα από ότι συνηθίζεται. Το προσωπικό φροντίζει καθημερινά για την κάθε λεπτομέρεια, ενώ ήταν και στη διάθεσή μας για να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε οποιαδήποτε απορία μας. Σε συνδυασμό με την τιμή διανυκτέρευσης είναι το καλύτερο κατάλυμα που έχω μείνει στο νησί της Ίου. Stay for 3 days. The accommodation is in a great location in the center of the country. It stands out for its cleanliness and the comfort it offers, as the rooms are larger than usual. The staff takes care of every detail every day, while it was also at our disposal to serve us with any question we may have. Combined with the overnight price it is the best accommodation I have stayed on the island of Ios.

Θα ξεκινήσω με τους ιδιοκτήτες οι οποίοι είναι απλά απίθανοι άνθρωποι απίθανοι οικοδεσπότες κ μόνο καλά λόγια μπορεί να πει κανείς.. Σπανίζουν τέτοιοι άνθρωποι! Είναι διαμάντια όλοι τους! Να περάσω στα δωμάτια άνετα για οικογένεια, εξοπλισμένα φουλ, πεντακάθαρα καθημερινή καθαριότητα (ίσως και πιο πολύ καθαριότητα κ από το ίδιο σας το σπίτι θα τόνιζα), με μια ωραιότατη αυλή, μια επίσης τέλεια ταράτσα ώστε να απλώσει κανείς τις πετσέτες του κ να στεγνώσουν κ σε χρόνο μηδέν! Σε 2 λεπτά μπαίνεις στην Χώρα κ σε όλα τα μαγαζιά. Έχεις στα πόδια σου ακριβώς από κάτω τα πάντα! Το πιο ιδανικό κατάλυμα σε διακοπές! Τα 5 αστέρια ειναι λίγα για αξιολόγηση! I do not know what to write first to describe in the best words our stay at Aelia! I will start with the owners who are just amazing people, amazing hosts and only good words can be said .. Such people are rare! They are all diamonds! To move to comfortable rooms for the family, fully equipped, spotless daily cleaning (maybe even more cleanliness from your own house I would emphasize), with a nice yard, also a perfect terrace to spread your towels and dry k in no time! In 2 minutes you enter Chora and all the shops. You have everything right under your feet! The most ideal accommodation on vacation! The 5 stars are not enough to evaluate!
G	Gregory Pozios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικά δωμάτια σε τρομερή τοποθεσία. Δυο λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο ευτυχώς χωρίς τη βαβούρα από τους τουρίστες. Υπάρχει χώρος για να παρκάρεις οπότε δεν χρειάζεται να ψαχνεσαι στο μεγάλο πάρκινγκ. Γενικώς πολύ καλά δωμάτια και εντυπωσιακά καθαρά με air condition καινούριο σε όλους τους χώρους του δωματίου. Μένει άνετα οικογένεια τεσσάρων ατόμων αλλά και παρέα. Διαθέτει πλυντήριο αλλά και ταράτσα για να απλώσεις τα ρούχα σου (πολύ βολικό γιατί σε μία ώρα στεγνώνουν). Για τους οικοδεσπότες τα λόγια είναι περιττά, ευγενεστατοι και διαθέσιμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν. Όλα αυτά και σε οικονομικές τιμές. Συνολικά πολύ value for money ? Υ.Γ bonus τα σοκοφρετακια που σε περιμένουν στο τραπέζι με το που φτάσεις. Great rooms in a great location. Two minutes walk from the center happily without the hustle and bustle of tourists. There is space to park so you do not have to look in the large parking lot. Overall very good rooms and impressively clean with new air condition in all areas of the room. It stays comfortably a family of four but also company. It has a washing machine and a terrace to spread your clothes (very convenient because they dry in an hour). For the hosts the words are unnecessary, polite and available to serve you. All this at affordable prices. Overall a lot of value for money ? PS bonus the chocolate chips that are waiting for you at the table as soon as you arrive.
M	Mariza Georgaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα και δέκα αστέρια. Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικό και καθαριζόταν κάθε μέρα. Οι άνθρωποι ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικοί. Μάλιστα μας πήραν από το λιμάνι όταν ήρθαμε και μας πήγαν πάλι όταν φεύγαμε γτ είχαμε πάει χωρίς δικό μας όχημα και μάλιστα χωρίς χρέωση πράγμα που μου έκανε μεγάλη εντύπωση. Εξαιρετική ήταν και η τοποθεσία, δύο λεπτά απόσταση από σουπερμάρκετ, στάση ΚΤΕΛ και λοιπά μαγαζιά της χώρας. If I could I would put ten stars. The room was excellent and was cleaned daily. The people are very kind and helpful. In fact, they took us from the port when we arrived and they took us again when we left because we had gone without our own vehicle and even free of charge, which made a big impression on me. The location was also excellent, two minutes away from the supermarket, bus stop and other shops in the country.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep well there, because we had a room whose windows didn’t have shutters and the sunlight lit the room every morning. Also, as the window looks to a corridor outside, we couldn’t have more light during the day and keep our privacy at the same time. Other small details were that there is no place to hang swim suits after a swim and no table in the room, if for example you need to work on your laptop.
