H	HOMO CARNIVOROUS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there more than a hundred times mostly for business, best personel, cozy rooms definitely the best choice in trikala,free sauna use any time of the day, well supplied gym, and worth trying cuisine, easy parking access and definitely quiet and relaxing, especially in the summertime by the pool.

Lacks in some details....no complimentary water or coffee in the rooms....and we needed a wheelchair for an injured friend that was not available for an emergency....but generally OK. Friendly staff too.

On the other hand, I have to say a lot of things about the facilities such as the rooms and the corridors as well as the 'bar' etc. In one of the room tye wood from the wall falls apart and there was a room with a bathroom where the bathtub was right next to some electrical wires popping out of the wall, that was too dangerous. Furthermore, talking about me there was a safe where it was locked up, it wasn't.usable anymore something which shows disorganisation of the hotel which by the way hads been graded with '4 stars. In addition some of my family friends had booked another room which in it the small fridge wouldn't work. Adding all the listed things into account I didn't have a good time while being there, so dis my friends . I so not recommend this hotel for 'vacation'!

Could do with a quick mini renovation bits n pieces like the shower heads the decoration clean curtains the elevator that jams every now n then. Could do lose the steps too it is really not necessary and the disabled cannot have ease of access to their rooms.

We only booked this hotel because they told us they were open. When we went to use said facilities they told us only the pool is open due to COVID. Now I will say this could’ve been a language barrier problem but still should not pretend to understand what is being asked when you do not. The hotel was clean. Most of the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was actually quite good and was glad to have self service and coffee. I enjoyed the view from the room and the pool was nice, also deep which is not too common. The restaurant! One of the worst experiences I’ve had dining. It took an hour to get our first appetizer which looked nothing like the picture. The burger was good which I am glad I ordered after we finally got the meat/cheese plate. We were never asked if we needed anything else and constantly had to get their attention for stuff and to check on the progress of our food since it took so long. The restaurant was not even busy. ת	תומר גל on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was amazing. I forgot my nacelles and they were so kind and delivered it to me. The hotel is very nice, the atmosphere was great. If you are looking for a place to stay on the way to Meteora it’s the perfect place for you.
