l	lowworks photography on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεγάλη ποικιλία σέ κοσμήματα και ρολόγια αλλά ενώ σου λένε στην αρχή θα σου κάνουν καλύτερη τιμή μετά σου τα γυρνάνε και δεν σου κάνουν τίποτα. Η γνώμη μου είναι ότι ένας σωστός καταστηματάρχης λέει πως είναι από την αρχή τα πράγματα πχ αυτό κάνει 500 ευρώ και δεν γίνεται καλύτερη τιμή..εγώ απο θεμα εξυπηρέτησης δεν έχω μείνει καθόλου ευχαριστημένος και για αυτο θα βάλω ένα αστέρι και από δω και πέρα σε φίλους και γνωστούς θα τους αποτρέπω να πηγαίνουν εκεί... Όλο αυτό το κάνω γιατί πιστεύω δεν είναι σωστό να κοροϊδεύεις τον κόσμο τους πελάτες του.. εγώ τουλάχιστον έτσι το βλέπω..αυτά από μένα A wide variety of jewels and watches, but while they say to you at first they will make you a better honor after they turn around and they do nothing to you. K	Katerina Skarli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πηγαμε για βερες... 2 φορες τις στειλαμε πισω γιατι το σχεδιο ουδεμια σχεση ειχε με το αυθεντικο που διαλεξαμε...βγαζοντας μας περιεργους...τα νουμερα και τις 2 φορες λαθος.. την 3η φορα.. πηγαινοντας αποφασισμενη να παρω ο.τι δω... ζυγιζαν και περισσοτερο..αρα πιο ακριβες.ενω για χαραγμα ονοματων... ουτε λογος... We went for wedding rings ... 2 times we sent them back because the design had nothing to do with the original we chose ... leaving us strange ... the numbers and the 2 times wrong .. the 3rd time .. going determined to get the .what do I see ... they weighed more..so more expensive.while for engraving names ... no reason ...
A	ANDREAS THEOFILOU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτος τρόπος συμπεριφοράς ελεεινή αντιμετώπιση σε πελάτες που περίμεναν το αυτονόητο service σε κόσμημα που χάλασε μετά την δεύτερη ημέρα αγοράς...το απόσταγμα της αθλιότητας ότι ζήτησαν και 4 ευρώ για 2 λεπτών δουλειάς στο ήδη ελαττωματικό κόσμημα που πούλησαν... Unacceptable way of behaving miserable treatment to customers who were waiting for the obvious service in jewelry that broke after the second day of purchase ... the essence of misery that they asked for 4 euros for 2 minutes of work on the already defective jewelry they sold ...

Επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα για να μεγαλώσω την βέρα μου που φόραγα για 13 χρόνια και η οποία πέρα από υψηλή χρηματική, έχει κυρίως ιδιαίτερη συναισθηματική αξία. Ο ίδιος ο "κ" Αφεντάκης είπε πως μπορούν να το κάνουν αφού εξέτασε τη βέρα. Την επόμενη μέρα πήγα να την παραλάβω και ήταν σπασμένη.. Όταν ζήτησα το λόγο άρχισε να φωνάζει, να με προσβάλει λέγοντας με ψεύτρα και πως η βέρα ήταν έτσι απο πριν και ότι είναι φθηνή και κακής ποιότητας. Εφόσον επέμενα και δεν έφευγα, συμφώνησε να την "επιδιορθώσει". Την επόμενη μέρα αρνήθηκε να με εξυπηρετήσει και με υποτιμητικό ύφος κούνησε το χέρι και έβαλε τον τεχνικό να έρθει και κατά την έξοδό μου ήρθε να με ρωτήσει εάν πλήρωσα τα 20 ευρώ (!) τα οποία και προφανώς είχα δώσει 3 λεπτά πριν χωρίς να μου κόψουν απόδειξη μέχρι που αναγκάστηκα να τη ζητήσω εγώ κατόπιν της άσχημης συμπεριφοράς και αντιμετώπισής τους προς εμένα. Η βέρα είχε "κολλήσει" αλλά φαινόταν το σημείο και το σχέδιο είχε αλλοιωθεί! Σήμερα, 4 μήνες μετά, στο σημείο της "συγκόλησης" έχει μαυρίσει. Σφάλμα μου που δεν τα κατέγραψα όλα αυτά σε βίντεο απο την αρχή.. Μου κατέστρεψαν τη βέρα. Παραθέτω φωτογραφίες με τη βέρα μου και τη βέρα του αντρά μου ως μέτρο σύγκρισης. E	Edvald Ndreka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη . πήγα την προηγούμενη παρασκευή και άφησα για να μου χαράξου το όνομα στο βραχιόλι ταυτότητα του παιδιού που το είχαν κάνει δώρο οι παππούδες του και όταν πήγα να το πάρω μου είχαν γράψει το όνομα αλλά μου είχαν τσακίσει το ταμπελακι που χαράζεται το όνομα με λίγα λόγια μου καταστρέψανε 100 ευρώ βραχιόλι αφόρετο .Το αστείο είναι πως ούτε μία συγνώμη δεν ζήτησαν . Unacceptable.
