δυο με τρεις εργάσιμες για μοριακό τεστ ειρωνεία και στιλάκι την παρακαλέσαμε γιατί έχω την μητέρα μου με άνοια και η κοπέλα δεν μπορώ να κάνω τίποτα άλλο αυτή ήταν η απάντηση . Ολα τα διαγνωστικά κέντρα τα βγάζουν σε τέσσερις ώρες και χωρίς μεγάλη ανάγκη ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ ΔΕΝ ΤΟ ΣΥΝΙΣΤΩ
two to three working for molecular test irony and style we asked her because I have my mother with dementia and the girl can not do anything else that was the answer. All diagnostic centers remove them in four hours and without much need UNACCEPTABLE I DO NOT RECOMMEND

extremely rude and aggressive staff at the reception desk. The woman who is supposed to welcome clients is far from friendly, quite defensive and very unhelpful. Both myself and my wife were repeatedly shouted at for making basic enquiries such as collection times for test results. Disgraceful

Unprofessional 3rd world clowns. Radiologist refused to speak English. Cannot tell us the password to log in and made a mistake - had to retake the whole examination.

WARNING: this is the worst place to get covid results. DO NOT CHOOSE THEM. Choose literally ANYWHERE else. As mentioned in the previous reviews, the female employees at the front desk are incredibly rude and dismissive - the only exception being the nurse that took the test who actually responded to me when I tried to talk to her. I was informed that my results would be sent to me in 30’ to 1 hour latest. I waited very patiently for longer than an hour and a half, then I proceeded to call them. I am not exaggerating in saying I called the office 15 times, the calls either were left unanswered after I stayed on the line for ages or I was hung up on. They literally hung up on me! Eventually, when I got someone on the line, I was assured that they had sent an email to the correct address - clearly not, there was nothing in my inbox. I was told to check within 5 minutes (what email takes five minutes to be delivered???) and if I didn’t receive it to call again(it’s not a complicated task nor rocket science, they are not required to do much other than send a simple email). I told the employee on the phone that I had called 15 times last time and that I would like to see it come into my inbox. I was assured it would come. An hour later - nothing. It wasn’t until I rang again with a stern voice that they sent it to me, to the email that they knew to be correct. All and all I spent hours and ridiculous amounts of time on the phone for a simple rapid test result confirmation. With covid no longer being a novelty they should be more competent and especially with the new regulations, more efficient. I reckon I worked harder in getting these results off them than they have in the time they’ve been employed there. Do not go here.

A young woman at the reception was rude and not professional. When i was making appointment for ultra sound two weeks ago, and i especially told her i needed to do for belly and neck and showed her the two parts on my body in case any misunderstanding, she did not tell me that I should drink water. So when I went for the check today, she asked me if i drank water, of course i didn't, when i pointed out that she didn't tell me that, she said i didn't tell her about belly. There was no apologies, all the way just with neglect and coldness. So it took me one more hour there. Really a bad feeling! There were another two ladies at the reception who were actually nice. So, good luck guys!
