★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι πήρα τηλέφωνα για να κλείσω ραντεβού για μαγνητική για την γυναίκα μου τους λέω ότι έχει λάμα από χειρουργείο και μου λένε δεν πειράζει πήγαμε στο ραντεβού μετακινηθήκαμε από γειτονικό νομό στην Κοζάνη και μας είπαν ότι δεν μπορούν να κάνουν την εξέταση λόγω της λάμας και να πάρουμε τηλέφωνο στο νοσοκομείο όπου έγινε το χειρουργείο να ρωτήσουμε από το υλικό είναι η λάμα Τελικά κλείσαμε ραντεβού στον Ιπποκράτη Κοζάνης και η εξέταση έγινε κανονικά χωρίς να πούνε ότι δεν γίνεται
 Unacceptable I got phones to make an appointment for magnetic for my wife I tell them she has a blade from surgery and they tell me it does not matter we went to the appointment we moved from a neighboring prefecture to Kozani and they told us they can not do the test because of the blade and take phone at the hospital where the surgery took place to ask from the material is the lama Finally we made an appointment with Hippocrates Kozani and the examination was done normally without saying that it is not possible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρ' όλο που η μητέρα μου είχε πολλά προβλήματα κίνησης και επικοινωνίας, το προσωπικό (υποδοχή, διοικητικό και ιατρικό) είχε όλη τη διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει, ήταν σωστά εκπαιδευμένο, ευγενικό και εύχαρο.
Although my mother had many mobility and communication problems, the staff (reception, administrative and medical) were in the mood to serve, they were well trained, polite and pleasant.
