Πήγα εγώ και ο σύζυγος για ένα check up. Μόνο για το προσωπικό που μας πήρε το αίμα μπορώ να πώ τα καλύτερα. Οι κοπέλες εξυπηρετικές και χαμογελαστές. Το ραντεβού για το καρδιογράφημα έγινε μετά απο 45 λεπτά. Διαμαρτυρήθηκα εντόνωςδιότι έπρεπε να πάμε και στις δουλειές μας και το μόνο που μου έλεγαν είναι ότι η γιατρός έχει δουλειά ενώ κανένας δεν ήταν μέσαι . Η καρδιολόγος ευγενική.

Οι χώροι είναι πεντακάθαροι και τηρούνται όλα τα μέτρα ασφαλείας για τον Covid. Το προσωπικό, από τη γραμματεία μέχρι την διευθύντρια, ευγενέστατο, εξυπηρετικό και γρήγορο. Εδώ και πολλά χρόνια κάνω τις εξετάσεις μου εδώ, και δεν το αλλάζω με τίποτα!

Πρώτη φορά και τελευταία από ότι φαίνεται στο συγκεκριμένο διαγνωστικό. Το φαινεσθαι τους εξαιρετικό, μόνο που νιώθεις λίγο σαν να μπαίνεις σε μιλιταριστική βάση μαζί με στοιχεία τράπεζας αλλά εντάξει. Το είναι τους από την άλλη, το διακατέχει η καθυστέρηση χωρίς κανένα λόγο, αφού για έναν υπέρηχο και μάλιστα τον τελευταίο της ημέρας, έπρεπε να περιμένω δυο ώρες με ενημέρωσαν, για να λάβω τα αποτελέσματα. Σε κανένα άλλο διαγνωστικό που έχω βρεθεί δεν αργούν σε κάτι τέτοιο, περισσότερο από είκοσι λεπτά περίπου. Ο γιατρός που ανέλαβε να μου κάνει τον υπέρηχο στο στήθος, κρύος και σχεδόν αγενής, μόνο που δεν με έβρισε (λόγω του νεαρου της ηλικιας μου) επειδή πήγα να κάνω ένα απλό τσεκ απ που πήρα δωρεάν λόγω του Pink November... Απαράδεκτος, μη επαγγελματίας, αφού από ότι κατάλαβα ήθελε απλά να παει σπιτάκι του και εγώ τον καθυστέρησα, αφού ήμουν το τελευταίο ραντεβού. Καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της εξέτασης δεν μιλούσε, ούτε εξηγούσε κάτι. Συγνώμη που σας κράτησα μια ώρα παραπάνω στο διαγνωστικό "γιατρέ", αλλά ακόμα περισσότερο θα πω συγνώμη που το ανταποδώσατε με τέτοιο τρόπο, που άγγιξε τα όρια του προσβλητικού.

Quick service, pleasant environment, professionalism of the crew members

Arrived at 8.05 am on the 31st December. Impressed with the building and cleanliness. Easily the best in Piraeus. I felt lucky . Waited a few minutes at the reception desk, explained it was my first visit. Was given a number and told to take a seat. After about 15 mins was called to have x-rays. The woman was polite and professional. She asked me twice if my first name was my surname and my Greek surname was my first name. I have never ever heard of a Greek with my surname as a first name. neither have many others. I was asked only if I was a smoker which I said I wasn't. The receptionist again told me to take a seat. Waited and waited with my adult children then after about 30 minutes I asked again about the blood tests. I was assured she was just about to call me. ??? Not even one word of apology. Was then told to go to another building for blood tests. Met a stony faced receptionist who asked many questions then called the receptionist for my details. I felt as if I was trying to get something for nothing. I do not mind having to wait but the place was empty and it was such a pity having to waste about 40 mins for nothing. I was just about to leave then... Thank goodness for the charming young woman who did the blood tests. She obviously loves her job and made me feel like a person not a number. I left very disappointed with the treatment I was given and decided to cancel the rest of my appointments...That makes 5 people in my family who will not return in the future for their check-ups The manager Ms Nikoletta called to apologise ( in no way was she to blame ) but it was a little late.

My appointment with the Cardiologist was for 7.15 am 30 th January , i was told to be there earlier for blood tests , i arrived there at 6.15 am ... the receptionist was polite and helpful , Finished quickly and told to go next door to the main building .There was a receptionist , very efficient , cheerful , professional who gave me a happy smile even though it was only 6.30 am .She treated all the customers in the same way .. The question is Why did i have to wait so long for my examinations ? I was called for my X-ray at 7.55am . The young woman who gave me the x-ray didnt even apologise . When i asked her the reason she was so late she said she couldnt find a parking space . That is not a good enough answer . If all the staff had that attitude then ???? .I left my home at 5.30 am to find a parking space .
