★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήρθε, μας έδωσε την προσφορά του αναλυτικός, σωστός κ συνεπής νομίζαμε. Λέμε κ εμείς να ένας σωστός επαγγελματίας κ τον προτιμησαμε παρόλο που ήταν πιο ακριβώς από άλλους. Τελείωσε η δουλειά εισέπραξε τα χρήματα κ από εκεί κ πέρα καμία επικοινωνία. Άφησαν μια άσχετη τρύπα μέσα στο σπίτι επειδή βρήκαν δοκάρι κ δεν την έκλεισαν ποτέ. Τις υπόλοιπες τρύπες τις μισοεκλεισαν από πάνω χωρίς να γίνει σωστή δουλειά. Ότι πρόβλημα είχαμε καθώς κ για την συντήρηση έπρεπε να καλέσουμε άλλον τεχνικό. Στα 2 χρόνια είχαμε διαρροή από την πλαστική σωλήνα της παροχής ζεστού νερού. Τον βρήκα παραδόξως κ ήρθε αμέσως. Είδε το πρόβλημα κ μου είπε πως είναι από κάπου αλλού. Έφερα άλλον τεχνικό ο οποίος που επιβεβαίωσε κ κου εξήγησε αναλυτικά από που ακριβώς είναι η διαρροή. Είχαν σφίξει πολύ ένα δεματικο στον τοίχο κατά την εγκατάσταση με αποτέλεσμα να σπάσει με τον καιρό η σωλήνα. Έχω πάρει άπειρες φορές τηλέφωνο χωρίς καμία ανταπόκριση. Κάποια στιγμή απλά σταμάτησα να ασχολούμαι. Καλύτερα λοιπόν να προτιμήσετε κάποιον άλλο.
He came, he gave us his offer detailed, correct and consistent we thought. We say we are a good professional and we preferred him even though he was more accurate than others. The job was done, he received the money and from there on there was no communication. They left an irrelevant hole in the house because they found a beam and never closed it. The other holes were half closed from above without proper work being done. That we had a problem as we had to call another technician for maintenance. In 2 years we had a leak from the plastic pipe of the hot water supply. I found him strangely and he came immediately. He saw the problem and told me it was from somewhere else. I brought another technician who confirmed and explained in detail exactly where the leak is from. They had tightened a bundle on the wall during installation, causing the pipe to break over time. I have called the phone countless times without any response. At one point I just stopped working. So it is better to prefer someone else.
