★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Αντιεπαγγελματίας. Έκανα παραγγελία από το ίντερνετ και από τη σελίδα τους μου δόθηκε η δυνατότητα αντικαταβολής. Όταν ρώτησα γιατί καθυστερεί η παραγγελία μου είπε με πολύ θράσος ότι δεν στέλνει με αντικαταβολή και μου είπε ότι ειμαι και "πονηρός " γιατί ζήτησα να σταλεί η παραγγελία με κούριερ.
Ως "εξαιρετικός " επαγγελματίας δεν του πέρασε ποτέ από το μυαλό να με πάρει τηλέφωνο (ηταν στη διάθεσή του) και να με ενημερώσει εμένα τον "πονηρό" ότι δεν γίνεται να μου στείλει την παραγγελία με τον τρόπο που ζήτησα, λες και συζητήσαμε οποιονδήποτε άλλο τρόπο εκτέλεσης της παραγγελίας και εγώ αρνήθηκα. Ντροπή! Συμπεριφορές που έρχονται από το παρελθόν. Αν είχα την επιλογή δεν θα εβαζα κανένα αστέρι.
Unacceptable behavior. Unprofessional. I placed an order from the internet and from their page I was given the possibility of cash on delivery. When I asked why the order was delayed, he told me very boldly that he does not send cash on delivery and he told me that I am also "cunning" because I asked for the order to be sent by courier.
As an "excellent" professional it never crossed his mind to call me (he was at his disposal) and inform me the "sly" that he could not send me the order the way I asked, as if we were discussing anyone else how to execute the order and I refused. Shame! Behaviors that come from the past. If I had the choice I would not put any stars.
