★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλός φούρνος. Εγώ ξέρω να ζυμώνω και να φτιάχνω προζύμι και να χρησιμοποιώ μόνο προζύμι για να "ανέβει" το ψωμί. Απλά τελευταία δεν μου περισσεύει χρόνος και για παρασκευή ψωμιού. Βρήκα αυτόν τον φούρνο λοιπόν, ο οποίος ειναι απο τους λιγους φούρνους στην Αθήνα που φτιάχνουν καποια ειδη ψωμιου, μονο με προζύμι. ΤΟ ΠΡΟΖΥΜΙ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΥΓΕΙΑ, ΕΧΕΙ ΜΥΚΗΤΕΣ ΩΦΕΛΙΜΟΥΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΟΝ ΟΡΓΑΝΙΣΜΟ ΚΑΙ ΕΠΙΠΛΕΟΝ, ΤΟ ΣΚΕΤΟ ΠΡΟΖΥΜΕΝΙΟ ΨΩΜΙ, ΧΩΡΙΣ ΑΝΑΜΙΞΗ ΜΑΓΙΑΣ, ΔΕΝ ΜΟΥΧΛΙΑΖΕΙ ΠΟΤΕ.
Very good oven. I know how to knead and make yeast and use only yeast to "lift" the bread. Just lately I have no time for making bread. So I found this bakery, which is one of the few bakeries in Athens that makes some bread, only with yeast. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι εξερετικός φούρνος διαθέτη πάμπολλες επιλογές σε ψωμιά και αρτοκατασκευβασματα και ειδικά για κάποιον άνθρωπο που έχει υψηλές προσδοκίες σε θέμα ψωμιού δεν θα διαψευτεί απο την ποιότητά του ψωμιού απο καλαμπόκι απο προζύμι είναι ότι καλύτερο έχω δοκιμάσει. Η εξυπηρέτηση η καθαριότητα και η ανθρώπινη συμπεριφορά τον ανθρώπων που απαρτίζουν το προσωπικό του φούρνου είναι ότι καλύτερο έχω αντιμετώπιση σαν πελάτης με χαμόγελο και μια καλή κουβέντα το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα στον κόσμο εύγε στους αδελφούς Θεόδωρου για τον φούρνο τους.
