Ιχθυοπωλείο με ιστορία πολλών ετών και σεβασμό στον πελάτη. Δεν είναι τυχαίο το ότι ενω είναι το μεγαλύτερο ιχθυοπωλείο στην αγορά, ξεπουλάει παντα πρώτο. Και για να γίνει αυτό, απαιτείται να ικανοποιείται μια σειρα παραμέτρους...." Δεν αρκεί η εξαιρετική ποιότητα.... Σημαντικό ρόλο παίζει και συμπεριφορά των ιδιοκτητών ....των υπαλλήλων.... Για την συγκεκριμένη επιχείρηση έχω να πω ότι ο τρόπος αντιμετώπισης των πελατών είναι απαράδεκτος.... Δεν έχει σημασία αν είσαι τακτικός πελάτης η όχι.... Δεν σου δίνουν τίποτα τσάμπα οπότε η αντιμετώπιση πρέπει να είναι η ίδια.... Σήμερα πήγε η μητέρα μου να πάρει γαρίδες.... είχε ταμπελακι με 2,80€ το κιλό....πολύ καλή τιμή είναι η αλήθεια και για την ποιότητα της....Όταν ζήτησε να της βάλουν 2κιλα της αρνήθηκαν.....και της είπαν ότι μπορεί να πάρει μόνο 1κιλο από αυτές και αν θέλει κ άλλες να πάρει από τις άλλες με 9€ το κιλό.....ο λόγος;ίσως... γιατί προφανώς δεν είμαστε από τους καθημερινούς πελάτες..ίσως γιατί της είχε "πουλήσει"αλλού απλά περίμενε να δει αν θα έρθει το άτομο να τις πάρει.... Κάτι που έχει κάνει στο πρόσφατο παρελθόν.... είχαμε τηλεφωνήσει να δούμε αν έχει γαρίδες και αν είναι να μας κρατήσει μια ποσότητα ώστε να περάσουμε να της πάρουμε κάποια στιγμή μέσα στην ημέρα...και όταν πήγαμε εννοείται ότι δεν της είχε κρατήσει.... γιατί προφανώς δεν μας θεώρησε αξιόπιστους παρόλο που πήγαμε από συστημένο άνθρωπο.....Απλά απαράδεκτοι.... αυτό έχω να πω....όσο καλή και να είναι η ποιότητα τους θα σκεφτώ πολύ να ξαναπάω όπως και να προτείνω την επιχείρηση σε άλλους γενικά... Something he has done in the recent past .... we had called to see if he has shrimp and if it is to keep a quantity so that we could pick her up at some point during the day ... and when we left it meant that he had not kept her .... because obviously he did not consider us reliable them even though we went from a registered person ..... Just unacceptable .... that's what I have to say .... no matter how good their quality is I will think hard to go again as well as to recommend the business to others in general .. .
