★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραια τοποθεσια ( 1 λεπτό με τα πόδια η θάλασσα) ωραία θέα . Δυστυχώς βρώμικο δωμάτιο με τρίχες παντού και σκονισμένο πάτωμα , ζητήσαμε καθάρισμα κ δεν έγινε ποτέ.το air condition καινούριο αλλά μη λειτουργικό μόνο χλιαρό αέρα έβγαζε.
 Nice location (1 minute walk to the sea) nice view. Unfortunately dirty room with hairs everywhere and dusty floor, we asked for cleaning and it was never done. The air condition was new but not functional, only warm air was coming out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλησπέρα. Παιδια σαν ξενοδοχείο να μην σχολιάσουμε ότι η reception είναι αρκετά μακριά από τα studio. Επίσης ο μάστορας που έχουν είναι τουλάχιστον άθλιος και δεν ξέρει να φτιάχνει και κάτι. Το κυριότερο είναι ότι από τις 3 ημέρες που επισκέφθηκαμε το ξενοδοχείο την 2η μέρα πλημμύρισε το δωμάτιο σιγά σιγά σχεδόν όλο το πάτωμα γέμισε νερό καταστρέφωντας πολλά από τα ρούχα μας και μια ηλεκτρονική συσκευή. Και για να δείξω ότι μόνο επαγγελματίες δεν είναι όταν τους το είπαμε την άλλη μέρα σαφώς ενοχλημένοι δεν υπήρξε καμία αποζημίωση ούτε για την υλική ζημιά που πάθαμε αλλά ούτε για την ψυχική μας ταλαιπωρία.
Good Evening. Guys like a hotel not to comment that the reception is far enough away from the studios. Also, the carpenter they have is at least miserable and does not know how to make anything. The main thing is that from the 3 days we visited the hotel on the 2nd day it flooded the room slowly almost the whole floor filled with water destroying many of our clothes and an electronic device. And to show that they are not only professionals, when we told them the other day they were clearly annoyed, there was no compensation, neither for the material damage we suffered, nor for our mental suffering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is ok if you don't have many requirements, but it has one outlet not very close to bed, and al furniture is made by marble so you'll scratch anything you put on it. Shower is very small and mine was leaking. Reception is very far away and street is very narrow. Not many english speakers. WATCH OUT DON'T USE GPS FROM GOOGLE TO NAVIGATE IN THIS ZONE BECAUSE SOME STREETS HAVE STAIRS OR ARE BLOCKED AND YOU DON'T HAVE SPACE TO TURN AROUND THE CAR. All this is compensated by the nice view to the sea and sun rise.

Pros:
- Great view
- Very close to the beach, which is very important for Afytos since it is a steep area
- The studio looks very well and is clean( they clean it up every day)
Cons:
- Check-in is done at Afitis Boutique Hotel which is a bit far if you don't have car. They didn't even announced us before getting there, we found it out from other reviews. A previous announcement would be nice.
