N	NIΚΗ Χ. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το αγιορείτικο ψωμί με προζύμι δεν μου αρεσε καθόλου,δεν είχε γεύση προζυμένιου ψωμιού και η υφή του ήταν σαν αφρός...ειναι ασφαλώς υποκειμενική η γεύση του καθενός,αλλά προσωπικά δεν βρίσκω διαφορά μεταξύ των ειδών ψωμιού σε πάρα πολλούς φούρνους όπου δοκιμάζω ψωμί..η φόρμα μικρή διαφορά έχει από το προζυμένιο,το χωριάτικο ή το μετσοβίτικο.. Με χαμόγελο σε εξυπηρετεί ο Άρης, γιος του ενός από τα αδέρφια Αθανασιάδης και πάντα σε κερναει κάτι να δοκιμάσεις. Ψωμί Αγιορειτικο με προζυμι είναι από τα καλύτερα. Γλώσσα της πεθεράς από τα γλυκά είναι καταπληκτική. Παγωτό το καλοκαίρι άριστο, γευστικοτατο. Αξίζει το κόπο να το επισκεφτεί κανείς και να γίνει μόνιμος πελάτης! Breads.
