Παράγγειλα μέσω τηλεφώνου ένα σετ αυτοκόλλητα για suzuki shogun και ενώ κατά την παραγγελία μου ο άνθρωπος με τον οποίον μίλησα με διαβεβαίωσε ότι τα αυτοκόλλητα είναι πορτοκαλί πράσινο δηλαδή το χρώμα που ήθελα δηλαδή,αυτά που τελικά παρέλαβα ήταν μπορντό και από το επόμενο μοντέλο.
πήρα τηλέφωνο στο μαγαζί μίλησα με τον ίδιο κύριο που μου είχε πει ότι τα αυτοκόλλητα είναι αυτά που έψαχνα και του εξηγώ ότι αυτά είναι άλλα από αυτά που ήθελα. Του είπα επίσης ότι δεν τα χρειάζομαι και τον ρώτησα πώς θα γίνει να τα στείλω πίσω και να πάρω τα χρήματά μου. Τότε ο κύριος μου είπε "είναι 15 ευρώ μεταφορικά για να τα στείλεις πίσω αλλά και να τα στείλεις δεν έχω αλλά μόνο αυτά έχω" και τελικά ουσιαστικά τα φορτώθηκα.
Καμία διάθεση για συνεργασία και επιστροφή στο κατάστημα και να πάρω τα λεφτά μου πίσω ή έστω κάποιο άλλο προϊόν. Ανύπαρκτος επαγγελματισμός.
Σπάνια κάνω αρνητική κριτική σαν αγοραστής απλά θέλω να σας προετοιμάσω ότι αν κάτι δεν σας κάνει μπορεί και να μην μπορέσετε να το επιστρέψετε ποτέ

I ordered a set of stickers for suzuki shogun over the phone and while my client I spoke to confirmed that the stickers were orange green, that is, the color I wanted, the ones I finally received were burgundy from the next model.
I called the store and talked to the same gentleman who had told me that stickers were what I was looking for and I explained to him that these were different from what I wanted. I also told him that I didn't need them and asked him how I could send them back and get my money. Then the gentleman told me "it's 15 euros shipping to send them back but I don't have to send them but I only have them" and finally I actually loaded them.
No willingness to cooperate and return to the store and get my money back or even another product. Non-existent professionalism.
Rarely do I criticize as a buyer I just want to prepare you that if something doesn't work you may never be able to get it back
