★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά! Καναμε μια παραγγελία για κάτι τζάμια και κάνανε λάθος τις διαστάσεις. Δεν είχαμε κάνενα θέμα με το λάθος που έγινε όσο με τη συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού και ιδιαίτερα της κυρίας που εξυπηρετεί στο τηλέφωνο. Όταν καλέσαμε τηλέφωνο να τους πούμε για το λάθος που έγινε τότε εκείνη απάντησε ακριβώς ετσι:" Ε καλά φέρτε το τζάμι πίσω". Εννοείται πώς όταν γυρίσαμε πίσω το τζάμι δεν λάβαμε καμία συγγνώμη( κύριε Τσοτσικα δεν νομίζω να θεωρείτε οτι είπατε). Η αγένεια σε όλο της το μεγαλείο και ειδικά της κυρίας. Κριμα
Unacceptable behavior! We placed an order for some windows and they made the wrong dimensions. We had no problem with the mistake that was made as much as with the behavior of the staff and especially the lady who serves on the phone. When we called to tell them about the mistake that was made then she answered exactly like this: "Well bring the glass back". Of course, when we went back to the window we did not receive any apology (Mr. Tsotsika, I do not think you believe what you said). The rudeness in all its glory and especially of the lady. Pity
