★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εδώ βρίσκεται το άγαλμα του Κωστή Παλαμά (1859-1943) .Έλληνα ποιητή, πεζογράφου θεατρικού συγγραφέα, ιστορικού και κριτικού της λογοτεχνίας . Ήταν κεντρική πνευματική προσωπικότητα της ιστορικής περιόδου του 1880.
Το έργο της αποκατάστασης του γλυπτού εντάσσεται στο Επιχειρησιακό Πρόγραμμα Αττική 2007 - 2013

Here is the statue of Kostis Palamas (1859-1943). Greek poet, novelist, playwright, historian and literary critic. He was a central intellectual figure of the historical period of 1880.
The project for the restoration of the sculpture is part of the Attica Operational Program 2007 - 2013

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο Παλαμάς αποδίδεται καθιστός σε μαρμάρινο κάθισμα, πάνω στο οποίο είναι ριγμένο ένα ιμάτιο.
Έχει την ήρεμη στάση περισυλλογής που προσιδιάζει σε έναν ποιητή. Εδράζεται σε τετράγωνο μαρμάρινο βάθρο, στην πρόσοψη του οποίου αναγράφεται:
«ΚΩΣΤΗΣ ΠΑΛΑΜΑΣ1859 – 1943».
Στη δεξιά πλευρά του καθίσματος, αναγράφεται η επιγραφή:
«Κώστας Παλαμάς ΑΥΤΟ ΚΡΑΤΑΕΙ ΑΝΑΛΑΦΡΟ ΜΕΣ’ ΤΗΝ ΑΝΕΜΟΖΑΛΗ ΤΟ ΑΠΟ ΤΟΥ ΚΟΣΜΟΥ ΤΗ ΒΟΗ ΠΡΕΣΒΥΤΙΚΟ ΚΕΦΑΛΙ ΑΥΤΟ ΤΟ ΛΟΓΟ ΘΑ ΣΑΣ ΠΩ ΔΕΝ ΕΧΩ ΑΛΛΟ ΚΑΝΕΝΑ ΜΕΘΥΣΤΕ ΜΕ Τ’ ΑΘΑΝΑΤΟ ΚΡΑΣΙ ΤΟΥ ΕΙΚΟΣΙΕΝΑ 1 Νοεμβρίου 1940».
Στην αριστερή πλευρά του καθίσματος αναγράφεται:
«Β. ΦΑΛΗΡΕΑΣ ΕΠΟΙΕΙ 1975».
Palamas is attributed sitting on a marble seat, on which a robe is thrown.
He has the calm contemplative attitude that characterizes a poet. It is based on a square marble pedestal, on the front of which is written:
"KOSTIS PALAMAS1859 - 1943".
On the right side of the seat, is the inscription:
"Costas Palamas THIS KEEPS LIGHT WITH THE WIND MIND FROM THE WORLD TO BOI PRESVITIC HEAD THIS REASON I WILL TELL YOU 19 I DON'T HAVE ANYONE ELSE ANYONE
On the left side of the seat is written:
«Β. FALIREAS EPOIE 1975 ".
