Amazing Crete. ..nothing to add but J would like to inform everyone who intend to visit Chania that actually you made really good choice for summer holiday. Hospitality of the people of Crete is on very high level.We notice that most of the turists in Chania region are from Scandinavia. September is perfect for visiting Crete. Temperature is still 30 degree and more but nights are pretty fresh which means perfect weather conditions. The average temperature of the water in the sea is still 25 degree and more which make swimming wonderful. We were accommodated in suburb of Agii Apostoli which is 25 min distance from Chania by foot. Public transport is exelent organized and bus 15 and 21 are very frequent and cost 1.20 eur per person only .There is always option for rent a car of course which will be better choice than public transport whether you want to discover the island. As for the beach in Agii Apostoli there is a several really nice beaches nearby and we were satisfied with them.And last but not the least. ..don't miss the opportunity to visit Balos or Alafonisi beach. ..pearls of the Mediterranean Sea.

Very nice and clean studios in a place close to four beaches and not far from Chania city, but the best of all the owner Eleni listening and taking care of our requests.

Basic studio apartment but with everything you could need. Fantastic location, 30 seconds from the shops and 10 minutes to the local beaches. The host was very kind and helpful, will be coming back again!

The perfect rooms for family vacations. The owner Elena is the very friendly and helps with everything and nearby are Cafe bars, restaurants, markets... and the most important... the beach is just 7-8 minutes by feet!

We stayed there for 3 nights and it was nice. It's near to the sea, in a 5 minutes walk you will arrive to the beaches. You have everything that you need nearby, restaurants, supermarkets, car rental places... It only takes you 20 minutes to get there from the city with the local bus. The apartment has everything that you need, we were 5 person and we had plenty of place for everyone. The kitchen is small but it cover the basic necessities.
