ATTENTION!!! THEY ARE NOT LAWERS. YOU NEVER TALK WITH AN ACTUALL LAWER.. They can not give you any advise without consulting and you just wait and wait. They made some documents wrong more than 5 times and provided different info in every contact, confirming that the don't have any clue in legal matters. They are super rude and unfroprofessinal, screaming, talking bad to people when they demand the servise that they have paid for and hanging up the phone, insulting their customers. Also changed their name recently, maybe bc they had a lot of complaints and wanted to cover up. The old name was Quicken Law. Do not trust them!

In my opinion and experience they were unprofessional and gave incorrect advice regarding obtaining a biometric permit for my British parents after Brexit. For example asking for private health insurance when we had full IKA, asking for unrequired papers, asking for a paper which doesn’t actually exist, would ask for a paper we had already provided multiple times (then forget and ask again 2 weeks later), self-contradicting etc. In the end we terminated their services due to lack of faith in their abilities (having paid over 1000 euros just for two simple bio cards). The lady there was also doing somethings last minute having had months to plan and also failed to notice the passport was close to expiry. Another example is she would email instructing us to call her and that it was urgent. If it is urgent a professional lawyer would call us on our mobile number in case there was a delay with email. Sometimes the lawyer “lost” our number. We complained, and many of our points in the complaint were ignored by the manager they also tried to ignore us terminating their services so we had to contact the police to change the appointment ourselves as we realised they might do more damage than good. Their emailed reply to our complaint was full of grammar and spelling mistakes with oddly placed capital letters, it looked like it had been written by a child. Even the footer had incorrect use of capital letters in the name. One word came to my mind - APATHY! One final point was the lady who we were dealing with complained a lot about Greece and her country and how things were not like in other countries. This is not professional for a Greek lawyer to say to a client and gives foreigners a bad impression. Greece is a wonderful country, not perfect but no-where is. The people at the immigration office of Thessaloniki were more professional, everything went smoothly and we realized what a big mistake we had made using this company. I guess they made easy money for nothing and till now never came back on our main complaint points, or our request for a partial refund. I heard other lawyers for the same job charged 200 euros. Lesson learned.

Good evening I'm applying for asylum but they take from me money long time they cannot give me appointments until 3 month this very bad service I'm never suggest to anyone come to this office

Everything is fake there waste money Be careful guys ......they change their office name every month ....... worst experience .....rude and fake people .... they didn't give us the right solution ...........frod

Beware of all country's people I'm from nepal this office.they are taking money frist and totally laying because we give money for asylum card 600 euro per person before 5 month now mis maria said can't make asylum card no return money.

Number 1 fake lawyer in Greece be careful guys don’t waste your money there.

Very bad service they telled me that i will have the asylum ready in 2 months now im waiting like 6 months noboddy answer my calls and noboddy gives money back im going to sue them at the police
