Agios Kosmas Marina - Leof. Poseidonos 18

It is a good safe marina with guard security. Easy access to the sea and entering the marina. Electricity and water at each stern too berth. Downsides are mooring fees are a bit on the expensive side. There are no shops, restaurants, shore side services and chandeliers although there are relatively close by but you really need a car although taxis can be called. The marina is quite large and a bit of a walk from the far (sea wall) side to the entrance/exit gate. However very close to the entrance there are tram stations and bus stops and so easy to go further along the coast to Glyfada where there are many shops, supermarkets, bars, taverns, coffee shops and many bakeries which are excellent. Or get right into the heart of Athens and soon all the way into Piraeus. Oh by the way fuel can easily be delivered by tanker truck. The marina staff are helpful and you can have a marina staffed dinghy to help you berth if required. I give it 4 stars but would easily be 5 if there were shore side shops etc. However the marina is in the process of being sold and no doubt the new owners will develop shore side facilities and shops as they are already build but not occupied.

Has the potential to be a great marina. Full of lovely yachts but really needs some restaurants and businesses to move in.

A place to cool off during the summer for those who can't leave downtown Athens but still want to enjoy the sun and sea

marina is OK but there is nothing no place there to eat or drink something or to leave you luggage if you are too early.

advertised on sammy app as 1800 Euro for my 30 meter boat. reservation gets cancelled. inquiries say they have space but want 2800 euro per month. insanely high even for this region. marinas are all full and they are taking advantage. disgusting

Nice marina but very limited facilities

This marina would have to potential to be a great marina, had it not been neglected completely by the authorities for the last 15 years. It feels like going to an abandoned military base with boats and yachts docked. No facilities at all. No shops, no restaurants, not even in walking distance. You need a car or a taxi for absolutely everything. Avoid chartering a boat in this marina, as there are plenty others around Athens.
