★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for exercising, biking, walking and even taking a swim. Has lots of courts for different activities. Has a parking lot, but also there are a number of transportations that will take you right outside the door. It seems a bit abandoned in some parts, but sadly most athletic spots are after the olympic games of 2004

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the few places in the south side of Athens that you can enjoy a walk or a run without having to pay attention to crazy drivers and traffic. It could use a bit of lifting and maintenance though, since people use it every day for their activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for my track and field races. The track is nice and the indoor space was cool. Though, the employees there were not very good and they seemed like they didn't care for their job and the athletes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few places in the Athens area where one can combine a good work out .. ie running ..weights etc... and also go for a swim in the sea which is literally on its door step! The beach itself is very nice although crowded over the summer months. But as the weather in Greece is ideal and the sea still quite warm.. one could continue to swim there right up to November when most beaches are deserted.
