Πλέον αποτελεί παράδειγμα για τον σύγχρονο άνθρωπο ώστε να μην χάνει την ελπίδα του.
Μέσα από τον βίο του καταλαβαίνουμε γιατί οι πιστοί σήμερα επικαλούνται τον Άγιο Νεκτάριο ως προστάτη των φτωχών και του ζητούν να τους βοηθήσει στην εύρεση εργασίας.
Saint Nektarios or Nektarios Pentapolis or Nektarios Aeginis lived the period 1846-1920 and his life was full of difficulties and obstacles, always trying patiently and taking power from God to overcome them. It is now an example for the modern man not to lose his hope.
Through his life we understand why believers today invoke Saint Nectarios as the protector of the poor and ask him to help them find work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a small church right by the beach of Epanomi. I wouldn't know how to rate the church itself, since I have never been inside, but the beach there is lovely,quiet. No organized beach bars or umbrellas. If you want to go to a chill, relatively remote place with few people, it's your chance.
